queen. said: ASomeonePerson said: queen. said: dammit i thought i was on to something
i mean i would assume that since most of the characters are intrigued by her or feel bad for her that they would at least try to help her mentality :P that's where it came from, i guess.
Oh, no, you kinda are. It's just that Sadie's this traumatized teenager who's spent, like, almost half her life in a laboratory getting experimented on pretty much every day. And then you've got Emilia comin' in and telling her that Sadie's existence revolves around saving a world that never gave a shit about anyone. It's gonna take work to get her to acknowledge that she's a living being who deserves more in life than just being used, and I don't think that the group is willing to really get her thinking healthily for once.
eh, true. i do imagine that later down the road as the plot developes and the characters are more close, people will start to realize her mentality is shit and definitely in the gutter... deep. to be fair, nobody really has a reason to go ahead and help sadie aside from deliver her to icarus, so i do see what you mean by the group not being very willing to help her think like a normal human lol
Yeah, the group isn't obligated to help her at any point at all. I mean, with the Group Rules—the ones based on what the Overseer said—hanging above their heads ("Girl is not like us. Do not treat her as such."), it's just... It's unlikely. Once she gets to Icarus, she wouldn't mind just... being used. She's used to it. No objections there. Even if she wasn't comfortable with it, though, and somehow managed to think of herself as more than a cure, it's not like she'd have a choice. Besides, she wouldn't need to struggle for long.

So she's dying or getting killed- My prediction is that she is killed in Icarus, either because some idiot just recognizes her as an infected, because that is the only way to get the cure, or once they are done getting the cure they just off her. ASomeonePerson said: ThisIsAPackName said: You have plans? Is Sadie going to fucking die at Icarus???
Lmao, those question marks—
She's not dying anytime soon.
