I feel like maybe their dad has a suspicion that Dane isn't exactly straight but isnt sure so no matter how hard Dane tries, I feel like he still gets shunned by their father, never quite good enough. I grew up in a super christian household, I wasn't kidding when I said Dane is literally me...🥲😅 I also fell down a medieval rabbit hole a few years back, I know way too much. Honestly this is probably tame compaired to what would have happened back then. It wouldn't surprise me if he was executed/put on trial for witchcraft or something

Dude. I thought Briar and her father was a little sad. This just made me say Gawd Damn. So quads have dead mommy issues and daddy issues. They are absolutely going to be the best siblings and absolute chaotic and dark and twisty.

Yeah... That's why he panics when he realizes he has a crush on a guy, he wants his father to be proud of him, he'd rather not die, but also I think he'd be super christian and then slowly he lets things go and realizes maybe it's not so bad |

Okay so Dane trying to be the perfect son. Daddy Sebastian is skeptical of him being overall too perfect and think he likes boys. He doesn't bring it to light and just acts like it may or may not true. If anything he tries to ask him what he thinks of girl here or there. Sebastian tries to pit his sons together as competition for more of his own entertainment then choosing to be heir. |

Okay I will put Briar's.. Briar thoughts about her father. Briar has always been the thorn of her father's side. Maybe because she was just like her mother from the appearance to her personality. She never was afraid to question him and stand toe to toe against him. Briar was more of a tok boy and hard to control especially with her powers at first. Though after he rmother's death she started to obedient for her father due to his grief. She has became his unwanted therapist but in return she gets listen in to political and war schemes or anything with the King and his council. Though she has became to be disgusted or more afraid that her father's memory and mind is slipping. Her father has begun to mistaken her as her mother. (Not in a way of disgusting) He would tell her things that she wished she would never know and keeps it from her parents. Her father's memory knows about her premarital activities and with females. She was threatened to a point of fear that she wlis afraid to love a female once again.
she has became her father's puppet and she will and has to do things for him. Not out of the kindest of her heart for the sake of her siblings and her. |
