Yes, but both parents have to have exclusive pelts I believe, or at least 1 of the parents do. It's very similar to crystalline, and very difficult/expensive

I can't remember for sure but I think it's possible when both parents have the same exclusive pelt. It's just extremely rare.
I could easily be wrong though and thinking about something else

It's been a while for me, but I typically focus on what they'll end up being for size and keeping their personality on the lighter side. They are constantly developing, after all. Nothing is truly set in stone for them.
