If anything, sending Lyra away for attacking Hope would make more sense than just sending Ash away. He didnt attack a packmate, just did something dumb trying to help.

That still wouldnt be enough for kicking out. It could be Kayleron saying he needs to walk, but not work for a bit to strengthen the leg, but that would be about it. (And Kayleron is a male)
