Also thank you everyone for being understanding...about my once or twice a day posting. . we are really really short staffed at the hospital and I've been working near skeleton crew the last few months. This is day 1 of 4 shifts in a row. When I'm at work I really can't type huge responses. But I do try when I get away from the ER for a second or two. |
