Sandy I would be too busy petting animals if working at a petting zoo was my job!! I'd probably be fired immediately- man, that sounds stressful even with the extra help, Roaw. I have no idea how you do that but good on you for being able to deal with all that!! have fun with the games and fun things!! also you have an entrepreneur class at your school??? That's so cool!! quick question before I forget though: are you okay if I do a brief Timeskip for Slicker, William, Roxie, and Ollie so by the end of my post they arrive in town? |

It's mostly worth it for when I work full days and actually get to work with the animals instead of just being at the reception. Usually during breaks I get to work at the operation part and help out there so that's fun, plus everyone loves me and because of that I get to do stuff that technically I shouldn't (under supervision of course and only if it's not something dangerous)
Eh I don't really like my teacher and most our assignments are hard and boring but this project I like!
For me it's fine, I don't really have much planned for Will, he's just gonna be worried about Scud and glaring at Roxie and Ollie |

@Determined Every now and then I got to go out and pet some of the animals! Mostly the sheep since they were out front, but there were also animals like deer, pigs, goats, rabbits, and a Zebra. And then there were the animals that you couldn't pet, like the bears, wolves, cougar, and panther. There were a lot more kinds of animals there as well. - Yep! I'm pretty sure all Ollie and Roxie would do is whisper to themselves until they get to PurePoint since they know that they're safe there. - @Roaw I used to want to be a vet when I was younger but I knew I would be too sad if the animals died. Now I'm kinda looking for a career in art, maybe something like an animator. |

that's so goddamn cool- I sometimes get to help at an animal shelter and pet puppies but that is so much cooler!! oooo what's the project?? Sandy I am so jealous of you! I live near some sheep and I have always wanted to pet one but I have never been able to. How fluffy and soft are they really?? Oooooo! If you are comfortable, could you share some of your art and/or animation?? I would love to see some of your stuff!! :D also enjoy this really short Slicker and Aiden post! |

You do honestly get pretty desensitized to it, as bad as that sounds. I've had three cases where I've broken down at work, my first c-section, it didn't go bad but the adrenaline kick paired with the amount of relief I felt when it was over, I also got a puppy to try and wake up that was not in good shape and for a second we all thought he was dead but when he finally squeaked it was just such a relief. His owner also came back a few more times in days that I worked and I got to say hi to him and his siblings!
Second time was when a dog that my parents bred (they breed Staffordshire Bullterriers) and who we've just met a lot, came in to be put down since he was really old and in a bad shape.
Third time was when I was just going to help out at isolation and take the dogs and one of the dogs had coughed up some liquid and died. They tried to save her but she was already in a very bad shape and apparently the vet in charge of that dog had already known that morning that she would likely not make the day but he's very weird and far too desensitized, it's like he barely cares anymore, he's one of our best vets tho so that why he's allowed to kinda do as he pleases... I don't like him, he's creepy.
Well it may sound kinda lame xD But we're doing a digital pay and jump. A pay and jump is basically a training competition so you don't have to deal with the stress of bringing your horse to a real show and if it goes bad your results don't count like they would on a real one for everyone to see. We're doing that digitally though, so you pay a fee, get the course and build it before filming you jumping it at whatever height you're comfortable with and then send it in, get a prize sent home.
We are doing it with a twist though because one of our teachers is a licensed judge so for a small fee, she'll be judging the horses and riders and giving them tips for the future. We've also managed to keep the fees down lower than what other digital pay and jumps have so that's how we're hoping to draw more people!
Oh I'd love to see that too if you're comfortable Sand :D

Jeez... that sounds really difficult. I know this probably means nothing but if you ever need a virtual hug, we are here for you!! Oh that's such a good idea!! Why do you say that's dumb because that's so cool!!! Slicker legitimately forgot about that because he was just so worried about William and his favorite pony. A man's gotta keep his boyfriend safe! No idea for the plan, but Morgan will no longer be there and there will just be blood *oooo spooky~* and since people liked to watch shootouts for entertainment, Alice is going to be there |

Ah thank you! I finished the logo for it the other day so the others have ordered the ribbons and I'm praying that it turns out as well as we're hoping! The colors are quite nice, I wanted like a steel blue paired with steel grey but I was outvoted xD So now it's rosé gold and steel grey which is honestly a pretty nice color combo too. Gonna finish the certificate thingys during break and I'm hoping that I can get them as nice as the logo because that one I'm sooo pleased with!
:0 Spooky indeed! Maybe while the cops are focused on the water tower they'll try blending into the crowd and when they are discovered that's when Vera kidnaps Alice? As like a hostage? Because that was gonna happen right, I think I remember us talking about that atleast xD |

Oh but blue and steel goes so well together- we actually used that for a program I helped with!! I am sure the logo looks super cool with the colors though and I bet you can do even better with the certificate! yep! that's the plan! Vera will probably just panic and then feel so bad about it later- |

It is TvT But I can't have everything I guess. I'm in charge of design work but I still wanted to include the whole group in the process so everyone would be happy with the end result. I'm rather pleased with how it turned out though, if you wanna see it I can send it to you :)

@Determined I liked your post! Slicker litteraly just left Ollie and Roxie standing there to go check on William- I'll probaly start a post for Roxie and Ollie and post it later tonight, and I'll get a post for Lucile out after Del! Also, sheep are very soft! As long as they're properly grromed their wool is very fluffy, kind of like a cloud - Sure! I don't have any animations I could show now since I'm a bit of a begginner, but I do have a bunch of art: Most of the art in my Toyhouse is just quick sketches I did for fun though, not really anything big or special. I normally draw cats, and currently I'm working more on realism and fully figuring out my style - Oops, poor Vera and Alice XD I have a feeling Lucile and Vera would make good friends. I also feel like Lucile would have some kind of flirty crush on Alice for some reason~ |
