It depends on the person, some people tend to only feel hot. I mostly just feel cold all the time. Physical activity can help regulate it a bit, but like- Only consistent activity, like if I sit down for like, two minutes then I'm suddenly cold again. I also still sweat in the heat, but like, without actually getting hot? It's weird. I honestly don't know everything about it myself. I'm constantly learning stuff.
