Honestly I'm shocked out how little I'm reacting to the death that side of my family hasn't made the best life choices so it's hard for me to connect with them now as an adult who fully knows how they have lived there lives. I knew them more as a child when all my eyes saw where hey love them this is your family |

You don't need to react as negitively as it feels like you should, beccause you're disasociated with that person, there is no shame in lacking empathy for someone who you're not as close with anymore. <3
