Carsy is far enough from Cars while still being. A nickname, I guess. Wells is probably better if you don't want it to be patronizing, though.

Carsy could be one used by Sadie, but I don't think anyone else would unless they were trying to be annoying. Wells could become a joke and someone starts calling him that, because it relates to health. |
