Time consuming- yes especially if not a lot of cp
skill required- not much just keep defeating prey and predators in explore
battle training is leveling up wolves through the number of NPC's and PvP's defeated. At every +25 interval, you get a new skill. The max is Dg at off+36. the Be training is getting the wolf to a certain amount of BE

All regiments will be equally strict, however Regiment foxtrot is going to run into some interesting stuff with their commander (as he can fight the organization) and will probably be the first to rebel.
