Yes, but both parents have to have exclusive pelts I believe, or at least 1 of the parents do. It's very similar to crystalline, and very difficult/expensive

I can't remember for sure but I think it's possible when both parents have the same exclusive pelt. It's just extremely rare.
I could easily be wrong though and thinking about something else

I'm on after work/school, so anywhere from 1 PM and 4 PM game time until 10 or midnight game time. Sometimes I'm on in the mornings, though that's primarily on the weekends.
