It could use some shading, and highlights, other than that, it looks nice.

For grass I would recommend Eternity's tutorial. I can find it and post here for you.

Although you can do internet searh for "digital tutorials" and you'll find plenty of good advices, step by step of different skill level-meaning there are simpler and more advanced stuff, you can pick what you want to tackle that way ^^
