I try to do them, but exploring is boring to me so I don't usually do them |

I absolutely love the idea of quests, but the way they're implemented is just. Boring. Theres no incentive to actually go out and complete them, even if the earnable item is good. And plus, most of the quests are luck based; come across an item in explore and boom you get the reward. Needs more meat to it. |

Some are too difficult for me, such as the breeding and seeking quests since I don't breed much and finding specific relics takes too long for my patience, but I love the other quests that deal with the arcade, PvP, training and explore aspects. Certain arcade quests though; the Beetle feels too difficult so I avoid that game altogether, but the most of the other games feel fairly easy to win or at least try to win. Edit: The above is for the non-event quests. Below is for event quests. I love trying to complete the event quests, but the quests often feel... too quantative? If that's a word. "Complete xyz", okay that's fine "20 times" for 1-3 event currency, oh no thank you. (I used random numbers, they may be exaggerating a bit.) I find myself skipping them most of the time. To be more specific, I skip the "Defeat xyz in battle" quests the most often. I don't mind slowing down to hunt for the encounter quests, but it feels like I don't find too many of any specific NPC for battling once I've taken up a quest for them and they flee more often than not when I do find them. (So I love the event quests, but again, some are too difficult for me.) Overall though, I love questing and actively try to complete my quests when I get them. |

how i explore is based off quests! i love all quests that are hunting/battling/conquer/crafting. i do skip finding items and breeding just cause they take longer! i love event quests too! especially when they come with decor passes! i always skip quests for beetle, paddle battle without hesitation. - i might be more apt to do breeding quests if they expanded to included boosts/defects/a minimum talent count. i think it might be fun to add explore FMC quests as well! such as playing with the puppy and bear, finding FMC items, returning the lost pups, giving bidoo his dropped moonflower, running with spirits, exchanging with the owl, pleasing ancestors etc - i have so many quests ideas! things that could occur in any terrain would be awesome too. like chasing the bird watcher or other packs. completing actions that are terrain specific as well such as in the forest: healing hurt animals, scaring off the coyote, swamp: chasing the piglets, waiting for the bird egg, jungle: weaving through the elephants, dodging the okapi, scaring the poacher, desert: following the witch, helping the kangaroo rat, chasing off the rhino poachers mountains: saving the pilot, the action that gets you the winged dolls, tundra: chasing off the boy kicking the bird, helping the huskies, saving the baby seal. i know there is many more but those are just some ideas for non NPC things to help switch things up especially if you have a specific terrain selected (i often do this when i have a conquer quest) :) |

This here, i vibe with this. i almost never do quests. I tried to; be active with them; it ended up just becoming frustrating instead of being fun.
When i used to explore daily, I have had some quests stick around for WEEKS despite actively trying to complete them. I just never got lucky enough for the rare mob or item to spawn *shrug* the prizes aren't usually worth much, so unless it's an easy quest, i ignore them all. If it happens, it happens. |

I explore a lot, so having quests gives me something to aim for. There is a lot of repetition though. I find myself doing the same quests a lot, just with different quanity goals.
I enjoy anything that involves hunting, battling, or crafting since those flow naturally with how I play. The bounty quests are neat too. And going off of what Darkgold said, I'd love to see breeding-related quests expanded more. For event quests, I'd have to agree completely with Jack Frost. I do enjoy them, but sometimes they feel a bit too grindy for the reward. You can already find a ton of event currency just from randomly exploring- It doesn't make sense to kill 50 enemies with small spawn rates just for a couple snowflakes.
Overall I love having an objective- and I do actively try and complete them as often as I can. But I'd love to see them become more engaging/exciting! |

I love the quests but I notice (maybe it's just me) that anytime I get bounties or hunt/battle quests, that specific NPC stops showing up. For example I could run into hundreds or rabbits, but the moment I get "hunt 25 rabbits" I won't see a single group of them over 2+ maps. I'll had the same bounty quest for weeks and it will never show up, but the moment I decline it and accept a new one, suddenly that bounty will show up MULTIPLE times. Not sure if it's just my luck or what. |

Heavily agree, I currently have a "Deafeat Hanns 10 times" quest, it gives you a pup toy and 4 snowflakes. Not really worth the time to grind it because I would have hundreds of snowflakes by the time I run into the NPC even just twice. And that's not mentioning how easily they flee even with 1-2 active Obedient pursuers |

I mean I enjoy the quests but like Pudding said, most are luck based. For my bounty quest I have to defeat an owl named Dige. I've played 20 levels of forest, not once has he spawned even before i had this quest so its really kind of annoying. When I first noticed the updates to the quests (which was like a week or 2 ago) I had a quest that was to bring Gullin berries except that part of the December event wasnt even out yet so i had to skip it. Not really a big deal but maybe it matters. Also i know this probably isnt true but as soon as i get a quest, whatever i got a quest for suddenly never spawns. for example, ive been exploring for like 2 weeks straight and ive found a million and one relics and pup toys etc. I get a quest to find a scarab beetle, rat skull, and something else and now it never spawns. Got a quest for wolverines, i ran into them all the time, now never. Im sure im just being dramatic lol |
