I always assumed it was 950 because since DG which is Off +36 is at 925
Custom moves are Off +37 so I assumed it was the next tier up-

should be anything more than 925 BE. so 925 BE exactly you won't see the option, but anything above is fair game. i believe. i haven't had any trained wolves recently so i dunno if that's changed

The wolf needs to have 950 BE and you need Premium, but then go Manage Your Wolf > Battle Settings and scroll down a bit

dark, ot IS a battle boost, so it should be a bug. nf is agility boost, if i remember correctly, so im not sure about that one. not a battle boost but still affects pvp <.<
