What are play points and how to i get them? I was looking at another users wolf and notice the option to play with them, but I'm new here so i really don't know how to do it.

No, play is a premium feature. You need to have a premium account to have that feature, you can't buy it
You can buy a 3 month premium membership for 20 apples |
