It isn't certain you would get an albino but there is a slight higher chance you may get a albino.

All boosts and defects are low chances, though the more often it appears in the bloodline the higher the chance is. There is, to my knowledge, no way to be absolutely certain any two wolves will produce a boost or defect.

Like Descendants and Sinner said, it's all random. It won't guarantee an albino, but there will be a slightly higher chance you'll breed one.
