You're welcome.
It would definitely be nice if you could somehow not select a base coat in the situations where you were planning on using a dye; but I don't see how that could happen without there being people who would say they would use a dye, and not use one so they could get a cheaper custom.

Yeah, I get that. But the custom wolf maker strips everything and starts from scratch. You might check though if the dye you plan on using is already one of the options for pelt colors when making the wolf. If so, you won't need the dye. ;-)

can't have markings floating on an invisible wolf. lol. There always needs to be a base color. When you use the customizer you customize everything. =)

bigger than it should be, i don't know the exact size. should i resize it to the exact size of what the header should be to prevent it from going onto the page?

Yes, it needs to be 900 x 200. :) Try that.

How do I change the font and color of this part? I somehow only did so for the Explore button and den page, I'd like for these to also be in the Book Antiqua font. It looks a little out of place with just the explore text red.
