Appearance: Lira is... strange, to put it nicely. Her head is mostly human, with a heart-shaped face and long dark brown hair. Being alone for so long, Lira learned how to braid her own hair. Of course, she can't tie off the end, but her hair stays relatively together. Lira's eyes are deep brown, not quite black, but close. Lira is partially colorblind, which isn't a problem in a white box. Officially, her color blindness would be classified as deuteranopia, look it up. Lira has human teeth and a human nose, but she is strangely capable of closing her nostrils when under water. Lira's most seal-like quality on her face are long white whiskers. Each whisker is over the length of her entire hand.
Lira is of average height for both people and a female harbor seal, being 5'2. Lira has a thin frame and is relatively light. Lira's complete torso and arms are purely human, it's her legs where the seal shows through. Lira, for whatever reason, has trouble individually using her legs. When she tries to move one leg, the other usually follows. Her legs aren't fused together, but it's still difficult to walk. Opposingly, Lira's knees bend in both directions freely, allowing for greater agility in water. As if that wasn't enough, Lira's feet both point outward, 90 degrees from where they should be. Without the foot problem, Lira might have been able to pass as a human with some sort of walking disorder, but her feet irrevocably set her apart.
Personality: Lira is more than a little introverted from being alone for most of her life. Lira has learned to like being alone, and now even sudden loud noises scare her. It doesn't take much to spook Lira, to say the least. And yet, Lira wants to see the world. She is naturally curious, and learned caution later on. Due to this curiosity, with a little help from tunnel vision, Lira gets lost often(well, once she gets out of the room, she will). Sometimes, getting lost causes Lira to panic, other times, not so much. There really isn't a rhyme or reason to the panic, it just sort of happens.
Lira is a kind-hearted girl. She will go out of her way to make sure everyone else is comfortable. If you have a problem, or just want someone to listen, Lira is your girl. Once you tell her your problem, Lira can sometimes give some surprisingly sage advice, given her age. However, being her introverted self, she might hide from others for a long time before she confronts them.
