Killing Instinct They have instincts to kill by any means and in the most effective ways possible, use anything at hand to do so and, have no mental/emotional issues or moral dilemmas either before, during, or after the deed. They are focused on nothing except killing their enemies and how they should do so, putting all of their efforts into making sure whatever they kill is good and dead. They can also give off a murderous aura, inducing fear into their opponents. Precognition Foresee possible futures and observe what may happen. As knowledge of the future invariably causes that future to change, visions of the future are subject to frequent shifting. While not being able to select futures or travel through time, these visions may assist in possible courses of action. Gender: Female Appearance: Jac is a very small girl. She stands at a meager 4'3 and weighs practically nothing. She has a very thin frame and an hourglass build. She is very beautiful, a surprising glam up from before. Her skin is a light pale peachy color. Her small shoulders usually have her long golden hair flowing over them. It reaches her down to her back. Her face is framed by the golden hair and it highlights her peircing light green eyes. She has a smaller, but more pronounced nose and rounder full lips.
She wears light makeup now, usually some mascara. She also wears some red lipstick and some sparkly eyeshadow. Her rosy cheeks make it look like she's wearing blush, but she's not. Because of the fire, she has a nasty burn scar that starts around her lower left forearm and wraps around her shoulder and onto her lower back. She also has another burn that is almsot never shown that is on her calf. It is much deeper and causes her to have a little bit of a limp while walking or running. She is usually wearing a long dress that has a tighter bodice, that just hugs her ribs, and has a flowy bottom. It is a beautiful white color and has pink flowers embroidered over it. She doesn't wear shoes. If she does on a very rare occasion, they're simple flats. Personality: Jac is very sweet and the perfect friend. She takes awhile to warm upto people, but when she does, she is one of the happiest people you'll know. Yet despite her happy attitude and demeanor, she sufferes from terrible PTSD from... that day. When she gets a PTSD attack, she can't focus and goes into shutdown mode. She usually will go to other people to try and gain control, being on her own is the worst possible thing. She has grown a bit and has learned how to be strong and tough when she needs to be. She has a tough demeanor besides for her soft side. She'll do what it takes to survive and adapt to her surroundings. She's still happy down at heart, but has learned it's not always best to show that.

Name: Anna Karlsson Age: 22 (21 when not including her hibernation) Gender: Female Appearance: Anna has a very dark tan and a fiendish smile. Her hair is extremely shiny, pale-blond, and curled. It is trimmed (not shaved) close along her head and neck, reaching a maximum length of 4 inches towards the top of her head where it is messily parted on the side and rests in a pile above her forehead. It frames her face nicely and is undeniably cut for aesthetic appeal over practicality. Her visage is freckled sparsely across the top of her cheeks and her calculating eyes carry all-too-noticeable, striking black sclera, with ethereal metallic gold irises. Oddly enough, her eyes hold no pupils, as if two gold coins had been welded onto the edge of a void. Her face is well sculpted, with discreet cheekbones and a small, rounded nose. The resulting appearance is something one might imagine for a fae or perhaps a very conservative punk rockstar: classy, alluring, but peculiarly wild. She is 4 feet and weighs 107 lbs. Her build is petite and moderately fit. Her left hand is badly disfigured; she is missing her forefinger and in place of what some might expect a stump is instead a hideous gash that rips into her palm and generally destroys the functionality of all but her thumb and fifth finger. She is missing her last two fingers on her right hand. A considerable chunk of her right lower torso has been torn off, along with horrible, indented, splotchy scars along her back, neck, and the base of her head. There are several scarred scratches along her legs and elbows. However, the scar tissue is not the faded pink of most humans, but rather a rippling, jagged layer of gold protects each abrasion. This makes the visual illusion that raw gold rests beneath her skin in place of flesh. Her clothing style is expensive, to say the least, but she stole all of it. She loves a good satin collared shirt, or a soft cashmere sweater. She’ll always be covered in glittering jewelry, but never silver; jingling bracelets, the occasional anklet, chokers, necklaces, and big, extravagant, shiny earrings will always be found on her person if she has a say. She adores creamy beige, tanned yellows and golds, dark, bloody reds, deep navies, but always something with color. She doesn’t like when things are monochrome. They are depressing in her eyes. She will always, always be wearing a golden locket around her neck and a pair of stiff, red leather gloves. Personality: Anna is a live-to-her-fullest sort of person. She’ll seek after ways to make the most out of her spared life despite her sensory limitations, often via feeding her kleptomania. She loves crystals and mirrors and often would string shards of anything shiny into odd, squirming, spiraling wind-chimes via wire and string. She laments her inability to play the piano now that her hands have been so horribly mutilated, so her chimes serve as compensation. She dances regularly to anything musical, from the rhythmic blaring of an alarm, to the ticking of a clock, to music no one else hears, and she is quite a good dancer. When citing, she is prone to incessant fidgeting and finger tapping. She talks to herself. Anything to keep cheerful. Her people skills are not necessarily bad, it is simply that she is far more likely to steal from you than she is to walk up to you and say ‘Hi.’It would seem the concept of a ‘heart of gold’ is relative. She generally hates the thought that she might disappoint someone, for she strongly believes she was a disappointment to her family and often sticks to those who befriend her with an attentive and friendly demeanor in the hopes of slowly making up for her wrongs. She believes heartily in and inverse of the golden rule, and will do unto others as they’ve done to her. However, she is also unconditionally forgiving after delivering her payback. In her eyes, two rights are awesome and two wrongs make a blank slate and clears the way for second chances. Backstory (Optional): Anna grew up in Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland, as a kleptomaniac. The daughter of a banker and a pianist, her family was hardly wealthy (because if you’ve looked into Icelandic news, their bank systems are struggling horribly.) She steals everything she wants and has been for as long as she can remember. When she was 9, she stole a pretty, cursed golden locket(though she never knew it was the source of her problems until she was 19). It called to her one way or another. Her parents could never find the original owner so that they might get her to return it, so much to her delight, Anna got to keep it. Slowly… she found herself changing. Her eyesight changed. It was only through the reflection off shiny objects that she could see color. No pair of glasses could help this. All in her world is monochrome unless she sees it in a mirror or off something properly polished. Her sense of touch changed too. As time passed, she could no longer smell or taste and her ability to perceive texture faded away. Only her hearing remained the same, for she always adored music and practiced the piano every day under the guidance of her mother, who would play at local restaurants. It came to be that her greed consumed her, and her kleptomania worsened. Not even her parents and the desperate efforts of a therapist could cure her hunger. Soon it became something she actively helped by planning small heists at the age of 15 at malls and local stores. One day, when she was 19, she was on the run from mall security, having robbed a jewelry store of as much of it’s delicate gold creations as she could. Considering she brought with her two large grocery bags, she managed to steal all of it. She hid herself in an electronic maintenance room on the third floor, but upon seeing all the shiny metal pieces, she started a fire taking the fuse box apart. Naturally, she couldn’t stay in that room, so she fled and was spotted by the guards. Fleeing, Anna fell from the third floor to the first over the railing and onto a life-sized wildlife diorama of the stalagmites on a cave floor there for decoration. She would have died upon impact, impaled in several places by the faux rocks, but her locket saved her and now her life is irrevocably tied to it. The fire slowly melted away the gold she’d stolen, and the locket used it to save her, welding it into her body where it thickened her blood and allowed her to conduct the heat rather than burn away. With great effort, she tore herself free from the diorama and fled, unsure what she had become, passing out from the pain of several holes in her body and entering a sort of hibernation under a pile of rubble. Everyone in the mall ended up fleeing the fire, and when the firemen finally managed to clear a way for the Paramedics to search the building, all that was left of Anna’s body was shreds of flesh left torn hanging from a melted mess of burning plastic, and a strange, beat up,, golden statue curled up in slumber under the concrete remains of the second floor. She awoke a year later as… the centerpiece statue in the parking lot of the mall? It was a strange day. Luckily this odd form melted away soon enough and she looked relatively human again, save her eyes and her odd scars. She was hungry, only to find that regular food no longer did the trick. Now, she finds her diet consists solely of gold if she is to satiate herself. Her hunger for wealth was no longer metaphoric. She tried to go home, only to find her family had moved and upon asking around she heard that their mischievous daughter had passed away in a fire. She remains unsure if they’d want to see her like this, but she went looking for them anyway. It wasn’t easy to figure out where they’d gone as she tried to keep up with her feeding needs (via pickpocketing and robbery) and entering public assistance buildings under the guise of both regular humanity and legality. Finally she’d discovered they’d moved to America, and after studying english for several months, breaking through airport security and stowing away on a cargo plane, she finally made it to Pennsylvania where she wandered from state to state gaining her bearings and stealing cars to help her travels. Unable to find her parents after a couple months of searching, she decided to go see the Pacific Ocean and the moment she arrived in California... She was immediately captured by Ibex. Magical Ability Overview: Anna’s abilities roughly fit under the concept of a Golden Geoshift. Gold is laced into her body and linked to her through the locket. She cannot manipulate its shape with any kind of telekinesis and has no control over gold her body hasn’t consumed. However, she can turn herself to solid gold, weighs far more than you would expect someone so small to weigh, and can slowly - Aided Regeneration: She is no longer completely mortal, and her wounds far slower than the average human. However, they can be welded back into place. If a wound is lethal, she will go into hibernation until either it has been repaired or until gold has re-created any missing pieces (which often takes at least six months depending on the wound). If she loses a limb, gold will slowly creep from the abrasion and form a replacement if it is not welded back on. This mechanic applies to a missing head but it will probably take decades for anything as large as a head, arm, or leg to fully return and for her to awaken. In general this means she can be incapacitated many different ways, but she will survive.
- Golden Flesh: The gold she stole on the day she died welded into her and thanks to its preservational properties, she cannot decay. Now that her life is bound to it, she can somewhat control the way it affects her. She can harden her skin and turn into something of a golden statue to shield herself, but she cannot move any solidified sections of herself whilst using this mechanic. It often occurs beyond her control when she is frightened, angry or experiencing any strong negative emotion. This is one of the main reasons she does her best to choose forgiveness. It protects her well from fire, but makes her more vulnerable to electrocution because the gold will conduct it.

Fire doesn’t hurt her but the added heat melts the gold in her skin and energizes her, making her faster, more flexible, but softening the gold on her skin when she uses it to shield herself. She has no idea being lit on fire does this for her; not since the incident with the mall fuse box has she ever been in a situation wherein she has been on fire or would choose to light herself on fire.
- Gold absorption: As mentioned before, instead of maintaining herself by eating, she instead consumes gold. The more she eats, the more durable she becomes because she becomes denser as opposed to larger. This way, she has spare gold to stretch out when in need of regeneration. However, this does not apply to the wounds she procured when she fell in the mall, for they were inflicted before she was truly bound to the locket.
Other: - Her locket took her soul when she near-died and it is now the source of her life. Destroying it with a silver tool is the only way to permanently kill her.
- Silver weapons are especially effective against her and when used against her, they start a sort of infection that hardens the gold in her flesh around the wound(s) that will spread unless forcefully cut out.
- Whoever is in possession of her locket is in possession of her soul and can therefore control her. She retains her mind and will certainly speak it if not ordered to stay silent or to think differently, but in general whatever the holder of the locket says goes.

Declined. Being 18 years old, fit and muscular, weighing 56lbs is simply unreasonable. "The Benefit of Being Undead" is not allowed, I am not allowing anymore 'undead' charaters whether there is 1 or 3, I find this overpowered, and I will not be accepting it. Her left hand is badly disfigured; she is missing her forefinger and in place of what some might expect a stump is instead a hideous gash that rips into her palm and generally destroys the functionality of all but her thumb and fifth finger. A considerable chunk of her right lower torso has been torn off, along with horrible, indented, splotchy scars along her back, neck, and the base of her head. There are several scarred scratches along her legs and elbows. However, the scar tissue is not the faded pink of most humans, but rather a rippling, jagged layer of gold protects each abrasion. This makes the visual illusion that raw gold rests beneath her skin in place of flesh. Her clothing style is expensive, to say the least, but she stole most of it. She loves a good satin collared shirt, or a soft cashmere sweater. She’ll always be covered in glittering jewelry, but never silver; jingling bracelets, the occasional anklet, chokers, necklaces, and big, extravagant, shiny earrings will always be found on her person if she has a say. She adores creamy beige, tanned yellows and golds, dark, bloody reds, deep navies, but always something with color. She doesn’t like when things are monochrome. They disappoint her. She will always, always be wearing a golden locket around her neck. Personality: Anna is the kind of person you might describe as a ‘human bulldozer.’ She takes what she wants, does what she wants, says what she wants. The only purpose she has found in life is to steal, eat, and be entertained. She loves music and people, though her form of loving people is more like a protective, possessive, objectification of them. If she likes you, she considers you an object she ought to keep in good condition, and if you acknowledge her as a friend or someone you are willing to spend time with, she will consider you her property. Unfortunately, ever since she died, she never really cared about the worth of human life, and generally only decides a human isn’t ‘prey’ if they impress her, entertain her, are aesthetically appealing to her, or can do something useful. Luckily it’s very easy to entertain her, as she loves people-watching and witnessing drama. However, if you disappoint her, even after befriending her, you become just another option on the menu. She’ll often incite chaos or lie just to see what happens and escape boredom. When in fights, she has no honor and will often pretend to be incapacitated simply to bait you into amusing her. Killing is not something she especially enjoys, for a lifeless human, albeit delicious, is a boring one. She’s not hateful or malicious towards wrongful actions, though she will treat you as you treat her. In her mind, if she killed people out of anger, then she’s worth killing to avenge her victims. Therefore she chooses to forgive anything between calling her a mean name, to actual torture. Though she will most certainly torture you back. Backstory (Optional): Anna grew up a kleptomaniac. She steals everything she sees and has been for as long as she can remember. When she was 9, she stole a pretty golden locket. It called to her one way or another. Her parents could never find the original owner so that they might get her to return it, so much to her delight, Anna got to keep it. Slowly… she found herself changing. Her eyesight changed. It was only through the reflection off shiny objects that she could see color. No pair of glasses could help this. Her world is monochrome without the locket. Her sense of touch changed too. She couldn’t feel warm or cold unless it radiated from metal. No blanket or pair of fuzzy socks could change that. As time passed, she could no longer smell or taste. Only her hearing remained the same, for she always adored music and practiced the piano every day. It came to be that her greed consumed her, and her kleptomania worsened. Not even her parents and the desperate efforts of a therapist could cure her hunger. Soon it became something she actively helped by planning small heists at the age of 12 at malls and local stores. One day, when she was 13, she was on the run from mall security, having robbed a jewelry store of as much of it’s delicate gold creations as she could. Considering she brought with her two large grocery bags, she managed to steal all of it. She hid herself in an electronic maintenance room on the third floor, but upon seeing all the shiny metal pieces, she started a fire taking the fuse box apart. Naturally, she couldn’t stay in that room, so she fled and was spotted by the guards. Fleeing, Anna fell from the third floor to the first over the railing and onto a life-sized wildlife diorama of the stalagmites on a cave floor there for decoration. She died upon impact, impaled in several places by the faux rocks. Everyone in the mall ended up fleeing the fire, but when the firemen finally managed to clear a way for the Paramedics to search the building, all that was left of Anna’s body was shreds of flesh left torn hanging from a melted mess of burning plastic, no jewelry in sight. Recently something was captured by Ibex… a very aggressive, hungry young girl in expensive clothes with an insatiable bloodlust. She guards the locket around her neck with animalistic avarice. Somehow, this girl harbors no anger or malice towards how she’s been treated, nor does she seem to crave the suffering of the handlers she’s attacked, only their blood. Relationship Status: Open Sexuality: Bisexual Powers/Abilities (5 Maximum || 9 Maximum for Previous Characters): - Infection: Any time she scratches a living creature (not plant), the flesh around the wound will begin to turn to gold. This can easily be treated by running clean, cold water over it until the gold has completely disappeared. If left untreated the victim will slowly turn into a gold statue.
- Regeneration: Any time she drinks blood, she heals (though she cannot heal without drinking blood). This applies for any open wound, and even a severed limb or head. Yes, you can chop her head off and if she drinks blood while it is still in close proximity with her neck, she will ‘live’ and heal without so much as a scar. However, you have to weld the head or limb back on in the process if it is to reattach, otherwise the blood will only keep her ‘alive’ and well in the severed head situation until someone manages to get it back on. This does not apply to wounds inflicted with a silver weapon. Those can be healed only by time and will leave very nasty scars.
- Golden Flesh: The gold she stole on the day she died welded into her and thanks to its preservational properties, she cannot decay. Now that her life is bound to it, she can somewhat control the way it affects her. She can bring it into her skin to shield herself and make herself a little more durable if need-be. It also allows her to easily withstand electrocution. However, when taking a blow to a patch of gold from a metal weapon, it will commonly leave a dent that will inhibit her movements, or if she withdraws the gold, leave a nasty bruise.

Even when enduring broken bones, severe stab wounds, or torn internal organs, she can feel the injuries are there, but no pain. However, if she is starved of blood, her pain tolerance is worse than that of the average human and even something small like a paper cut has her howling in agony.
