When I was healing, I found those giant hydrocolloid bandaids to be the most helpful. Lets you move more and since it keeps the wound moist, there isn't a hard scab to tear open every time you move. Might be helpful ^^

That's impressive. I had the same thing happen a couple years back when my roommate wiped out while we were mountain biking. We sat there for a minute admiring the injuries before tending to them. Always fun.
