"Ok." Kelly said smiling. She was happy that he thought it was a good idea. She felt safe and protected when she was around him. Of course she can also protect herself.

Sky gave Kelly and quick and soft nuzzle. "But if they ever do find us, I'll fight them off and you can get away" He purred

Kelli blushes "O-Ok."'she was shocked. She purred as he nuzzles her. She sat down. "I don't think they'll find us but if they do we need a escape route." She said.

(Hm, maybe about a month or so )
"hmm, an escape route would be handy..." Sky smiled and flicked his tail. "Why not use the river? It may be dangerous with the crocodiles but it may work"

As the month passed by, it was now the next month. Kelly was asleep in one of the dens. She was happy her dad and his parents haven't found them yet. She was happy to be with him.

Sky was out hunting in the morning like he always did, but he ran into something unexpected. When Kelly woke up, Sky wasn't back from his hunt which was odd.

Kelly looked around for Sky. "Sky?" She called out trying to find him. She started running around catching old smells belong to him. "Where are you Sky?"

A loud roar echoed through their territory, followed by another one. One of the roars was definitely Sky's, but the others were unfamiliar to Kelly.

Kelly ran somewhere. She was hungry and they had no food but she was more worried about Sky to eat. She went on top of a hill and walked towards where the echo was. Since she went up higher she could not be seen. She looked down and saw Sky with a lion.

Sky and another Male lion were circling each other, both had fresh wounds on the other. "I said it once, and I'll say it again. Get out of my territory!" Sky growled

"Not a chance. There's a lioness here and I'm willing to kill a young male like you for her." The male growled back and tackled Sky. It was hard to see who was winning from Kelly's spot
