I recently learned how you can say "doomscrolling" in a way that sounds more productive: "auto regulation". it's when you use a device to help you relax and regulate your emotions lol

Inferno sighed and Flame looked up at Alone. "Is he always like this?" He growled. Inferno shook her head. "No, usually he's caring and kind. I don't know what happened to him."

Flame was silent for a little while, but as Inferno turned around to look at him, something hard hit the back of her head and she passed out.

Flame smirked down at her limp form and took her scruff in his mouth. "You're not getting away from me that easily." He sneered.

Taking a quick glance at Alone, who didn't see anything, Flame quickly dragged Inferno down the ridge and into the forest.

Alone digs up the root before grabbing some and started heading down before looking for I ferno and flame and growls then heads all the way down and checks in side the den alone said " where are you inferno " as he looks around

Flame traveled for a while before setting Inferno down in a cave that he had rolled a boulder in front of. He settled down to sleep next to her, Inferno still passed out.

Ray had just given Phantom, Shadow, Sol, and Shine the root and had climbed out. "They'll be better? in a couple of days."

Smoke looked at Alone. "Who? We need to get my sister back." He growled. Glint stepped in front of him. "You can't go. You're the acting alpha of the pack. We need you here."

Shimmer nodded. "I'll come with you, Alone." Sand jumped up and nodded. "Me too!" Cloud joined her sister and nodded.
