Mark said "I love you too Andrea. I don't want to go back to bed. I think I will stay up and help with Sky." Mark look at Andrea almost like he was being a happy father for Sky. Mark was very happy that he was holding Sky since she was his only child for now. Mark said "she is so beautiful just like her mother." Mark was talking about Sky and he kissed Andrea's cheek. Mark knew that Andrea's mother would not come over to visit Sky which he was fine with. |

"Alright. We can go into her room and have her play with some things and get her used to be around us more," Andrea explained but then she went silent as she heard Charlie bark. Charlie went up to Andrea and she sat down on the floor to pet Charlie as she wasn't sure what was going on. Charlie pushed her right down onto her back and laid on top of her. "Charlie, I'm okay boy. I'm not going to go into a panic attack," Andrea said as she knew Charlie's service dog habits, but he stayed right there. Just then, people were shooting off fireworks for the fourth of July, and Andrea hated them and she started to panic, but Charlie knew exactly what he was doing. |

Mark saw this and he felt guilty that he could not help her like Charlie could. Mark went to Sky's room so that Charlie could help Andrea with everything. Mark knew that he had no experience with helping people with what they have due to many reasons but Mark knew that he would be there for Andrea if she needed his help. (Sorry it's short.) |

Andrea was still trying to relax and Charlie felt like he was failing at his job, since Andrea still wasn't calming down. Andrea got up and Charlie went with her to Sky's room and he laid down in the corner while Andrea went straight to Mark. "Baby, I'm scared," Andrea said as she had tears falling down her face as the fireworks got louder and they were making her think that they were gunshots. Sky wasn't having any issue with the fireworks as she was laughing as she loved being with Mark. |

Mark said "it's going to be okay Andrea." Mark put Andrea's head where his heart so that she could feel safe. Mark had a arm wrapped around Andrea as he was holding Sky with his other arm. Mark was looking at them as he was feeling worried about them. Mark said "I will protect you both from the fireworks." He was hoping that everything would be okay as he knew that he would do anything to make them feel safe. Mark began to sing a song to help Andrea feel safe. |

Andrea listened to him and sat down as he pulled her close and had her head against his chest to listen to his heartbeat while he sang to her. She started to calm down but could still hear the fireworks, but wasn't as scared about it as before. However, there were actual sounds of gunshots being heard in the distance as there was a concert going on a couple of blocks away and there was a shooter shooting at the big group of people from his hotel room. Andrea was listening to Mark's heartbeat as Charlie started to bark as he heard the gunshots too. Sky was still smiling and laughing as she didn't understand what all the sounds meant, but she was happy that her parents were with her. |

Mark heard the gunshots and he immediately knew that he would have to protect his family from the guy. Mark kept singing to Andrea and Sky as he was wanting to make sure that everyone was safe. Mark knew that he would have to do something to keep them safe from whoever was shooting the gun. Mark was being very protective over those he cares about and he was just hoping that nothing bad would happen. Mark look at Andrea and Sky. (Sorry it's short.) |

The guy kept shooting as people were running for their lives as he kept killing people at the concert. Andrea listened to Mark as he continued to sing to her. She was feeling safe since Mark was there and holding her close, but she wasn't sure what was going on outside and didn't know if the guy would come hurt them. Andrea looked up at Mark as she wasn't sure what was going to happen next as Charlie continued to bark, which started to upset Sky. |

Mark said "Charlie." He wanted him to be quiet just in case the guy tried to get into their home. Mark said "Andrea, if the bad guy comes into our home. I want you to take the SUV with Sky and Charlie and get to Lawrence's house. Tell Lawrence what is happening and have him call the cops. I promise that I will be okay." He kissed her forehead as he knew that he would have to be careful but he wanted her and Sky to be safe and he wanted to make sure that Andrea had Charlie with them. |

Charlie heard Mark and went quiet as he continued to listen for the bad guy. The bad guy escaped the cops and got into their house through the back of the house. Charlie growled as he heard the bad guy come in and he had a gun. Andrea got up with a sleeping Sky in her arms as Mark to the her, Sky and Charlie to the SUV and she kissed him goodbye as she had tears in her eyes as she drove to Lawrence's house. Sadie opened the door as she saw it was Andrea and Andrea bursted in and told Lawrence what Mark wanted him to say and to call the cops. Andrea was freaking out as her breathing was heavy and ragged as she was scared for Mark's life as she didn't want to lose him, but with the bad guy holding a gun, she knew that it was going to end up badly. She also told Lawrence that she wanted to go to the hospital once the ambulance got there with the cops. |
