The walk had a surprising calming effect on the always wary Amika. She was used to going out with a whole group of dangerous people who were usually being hunted by the police. It also made her more suspicious looking when she went out with a ragged looking group of young delinquents. With Ribs, it really just looked like she and him were two young lovers out for a stroll. Although Amika was relieved that nothing bad had happened by the end of the walk, she was reluctant to let go of Jonas. He was so steady and... there. So real. Unlike so many other things in Ami's life. Jonas made her happy. So when the house came into view, Amika released a soft sigh.

Jonas had kept Amika in his peripheral vision the entire time, unless he was looking directly at her. "I... I really enjoyed that." Jonas tried to stress the 'really' part. Being able to just walk was nice, with no worry, or at least, significantly less worry.

The girl seemed a bit nervous now. Was she expected to kiss him now or something? She wasn't sure. But she did know that she had also really really enjoyed the walk. It had made her feel calm inside. "I did too Jonas. It was really peaceful honestly. I loved it." She smiled brightly, her eyes shining even through the contacts.

"Thank you for giving me a chance." The words slipped out before even Jonas knew it, but he didn't regret them. He wasn't self conscious, or embarrassed about what he looked like, and was confident with his words and actions, yet it was on a completely different level of confidence that he did not have to expect to ever have a lady friend. And that's what Amika was - a lady friend. They were not dating, thy were not romantically involved, they were friends, who had a mutual interest.

Not even for a moment did her smile fade, she just looked happy and young. "Of course Jonas, it was nice to get out and just relax." Her blonde hair was gently being moved by the biting wind that had arrived suddenly.
