Brax had been awake for awhile now. He always tended to wake up earlier than the others out of habit. Since before all this he had always woken up at around 5 a.m. it was sorta pressed into his mental clock to wake up early. Planning on perhaps making something to eat. He searched his backpack for something to eat. Quickly finding a coffee packet he released a heavy sigh of relief, although he didn't exactly need to drink coffee, he loved drinking it anyway. As for an actual breakfast, well, that could be done after coffee. Heading towards the kitchen, he stopped in the doorway, not expecting to see Alex there.

Alex halted all movement, "Hello?" She said hesitantly, her hands tightly gripping the countertop. It worried her when someone just stopped all movement. She couldn't see who it was, or if something had happened. Michael knew, and whistled as he walked.

Brax's (is that even how you say it? XD) distinctly accented voice quietly rose into the air. "It's just me sorry, I didn't expect anyone to be in here this early." Brax seemed hesitant to enter the kitchen now, he didn't want to disturb Alex's morning ritual. Most people wouldn't like that.

The tight grip Alex had on the counter released, and she resumed her tasks with an audible sigh of relief. "Brax! Good morning!" She flashed him a quick smile.

Alex seemed to be fine with him entering the kitchen so he quickly did so. A reserved, "good morning," was all he said. Brax always tried his best to stay respectful and quiet. Thinking of himself as more of a third wheel, or almost as a background character. He was there to support the others and that was it. Rarely giving himself a thought though he was definitely better than Addilyn about it. He was just really selfless, "is it okay if I make coffee? I have my own instant packs I just need to use the microwave and some water." Brax had his own mug and stuff.

"Yeah, make yourself at home!" Alex chirped happily, "And don't be afraid to make some noise. It helps me know where you are." Her breakfast finished cooking, so she sat down with her plate.

"Okay I will, thank you." His voice was laced with gratitude as he quickly filled up his mug and began to heat up his coffee in the microwave. Humming softly as he waited, not only because Alex told him to make noise, but also because it made him feel happier. The Mexican lullaby comforted him and always raised his spirits.

Now that she was able to tell where Brax was, Alex was able to move around the kitchen with ease, though she sometimes hit her hip on the counter. It said a bit about her when she didn't even flinch.

With a smile Brax pulled open the microwave door and took out the hot coffee. He hadn't had coffee in so long, this was going to be heavenly in a second. Rubbing tired eyes, he headed over to the table, humming a bit louder now.

"What did you do before you got mixed up in this all? Or has it always been this way?" Alex inquired, tapping her fingers on the table. "And what do you plan to do after?"
