"Fine, fine. No funny business." Jonah said, enjoying the closeness he now had with Dove underneath the shade of the trees and the softness of the moss. He sighed contentedly as the worries of the pack faded away and his love for Dove only grew stronger and stronger. This... this is proper bliss. I really love Dove, and now I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I want to spend the rest of my life with her. He continued to nuzzle Dove as the silence of the forest surrounded them. "Moments like this make it all worth it, isn't it?" He asked her.

Evan laughed when Star licked his muzzle. He got up and nuzzled her a bit more before turning to the river. "I have to say... that week without you was a lot harder than I orginally thought Star." He said in a low tone. "But now... now we're together once again."

Jonah chuckled as Dove began to lick his pelt, and he stayed still to let her continue, with him lazily pawing at her as he was lulled into euphoria. "I don't want this moment to ever end. I'm in the shade and I have the love of my life by my side. This is truly wonderful..." He whispered to her, smiling warmly.

Evan smiled at Star and walked over to her side, sitting down on his haunches but he didn't lie down next to her. "I felt the same thing Star." He said, licking her behind the ear before looking around. "So... you have any ideas as to what we can do? Or do you just want to talk?"

Jonah got up at stared at Dove's father. Is this Lilac? The one who hurt Dove and her sister? He began to snarl at Lilac, standing by Dove's sight. "You have some nerve to be around here. You say you're passing through, but if everything that Dove has told me about you is true, then you have something else you want to do. Don't even think about getting close to her, otherwise I will rip you to shreds." Jonah was fully baring his teeth at Lilac at this point, anger beginning to build deep within him.

"Okay then. I don't mind about us just talking." He said, smiling at her. "As to what was going through my mind... it was focused on you." He nuzzled her a bit more. "Star, you are an absolute joy to be around, and the time where I was separated from you was the worst."

Mikael noticed Shade not trying to put up a fight when Em was grooming him, and he could clearly tell that he was bothered by the revelation that Caden was his brother. "Shade? Are you doing okay?"

Mikael stared at Shade as he ran out of the den before looking at his mate. "You're a great mother Em. It's just that we have some things to work on concerning him." He nuzzled her a bit before getting up to walk after his son.

Jonah snarled a bit louder at Lilac, ready to step forward and attack him for what he did to Dove. "You're the lowest of the low, you know that Lilac? You mistreated Dove, Star and their mother for so long, and when they finally have some time away from you... you come back around and want to 'talk?' I want you to scram and never show up here again. You've made Dove suffer enough, so leave before I make you regret coming here." He barked angrily at him, trying to protect his love.

Jonah was so conflicted. `Part of him wanted to take her advice and get extra help, while the other part of him wanted to stay and drive Lilac away from her by himself. "No! I..." He looked at her again one more time before biting his tongue. "Damnit! Fine. Just... don't do anything stupid, okay my love?" He said, before giving Lilac the evil eye and running at full speed back to the pack. Out of breath from running so fast, he found Mikael about to talk to Shade, but Mikael took one look at Jonah and knew that something was wrong. After Jonah explained what was going on with Lilac, Mikael nodded and told Shade to hang out with Daria until he came back. He ran back to Em and told her that Lilac returned, before rounding up Clay and Hunter. They all returned to Jonah and he led the group back to Dove, hoping with everything he had that by leaving to get help, he didn't lose the wolf he was so madly in love with.
