"whatever Rome." Sky scoffed, rolling his eyes slightly. He closed his eyes, slowly drifting off every second they laid there. He then started tracing random things on Rome's back while also playing with his hair, but he kept his eyes closed. His hands then moved slower after a bit, getting more relaxed, although he didn't want to fall asleep so he tried to stay awake. |

Rome paused for a long while, he had a gut feeling to get this out of the way. He needed to go home anyways right? " Look, uh. Would you like to come over to my place and come back here? Just to meet the family and I could grab a change of clothes? " he murmured. He could feel the faint touch of Sky fading, maybe he was asking for too much at the moment. |

Sky was brought back to reality by the sound of Rome's voice. He heard what he said for the most part, but it was faint and sounded almost fuzzy in a way. "mhm, yeah that would be fine." Sky replied as he slowly opened his eyes. He then slowly got up after Rome, slightly stretching on the way. He then got off his bed and made his way out of his room. He put on his shoes and waited for Rome to be all ready. |

Rome caught up to Sky by thr door. The boy opened it allowing Sky to walk through it first and then closing it behnd himself. Rome didn't speak much but he was rehearsing in his mind how this interaction would go. How would my family react? How would *he* react? How would Sky react? He hoped he was doing the right thing, either way he had to let his family know about Skylar anyhow. It was just a matter of time and how. |

Sky walked beside Rome as they started to make their way to his house. He looked at Rome for a moment, getting nervous but still smiled. Oh god, how are his parents going to react? Skylar clung onto Rome, holding his arm like a little child. He then slowly grabbed Rome's hand, wanting to hold it. He smiled, bringing Rome's hand up to his mouth. Sky then kissed Rome's hand and put it back down after, but he still held it. |

Rome walked becoming more uneasy as he neared home. Almost forgetting that Sky was beside, taking in the comfort and warming embrace. " It'll be alright, i'm sure my siblings will be happy to meet you " he tried. Smiling through what he knew was bound to be a disaster Rome still wanted to comfort Sky. This was going to be a tough and difficult experience for the both of them. " Are you nervous ? ". |

Skylar kept walking beside Rome closely. "Yeah but only a bit. Are they even cool about you being into guys?" Sky asked. He then looked up at him and moved slightly away, giving him some space. Skylar grew ever more nervous, not knowing how his parents would react. (sorry it's short) |

( You're okay, same here ) Rome shrugged, " You're the first guy i've ever liked. I'm unsure of how they'll take it ". He didn't want to lie and make it seem like his parents were accepting. Knowing them they'll be dismayed. As much as he wanted to promise Sky that everything would be okay, he couldn't. Rome turned a corner and saw his tiny tan house nearing. |

Sky opened his mouth for a moment but then closed it. He didn't want to say the wrong thing or start to worry too much, so he pushed those thoughts down and smiled. He didn't know which house was Rome's so he still held onto him. "Are we close because I can stop holding your hand when we are," Sky asked, wanting Rome to be as comfortable as possible |

" We're here, it's the tiny kinda old tan house righttt there- " he pointed, letting go of Sky. Sighing, stopping in his tracks. Rome opened his arms out for a hug. " Whatever happens, happens. I love you and i'm stilling learning to be comfortable with that. I love you vito ". Staring down at Sky for a little while longer Rome turned on his heels now steppin onto the houses property ulocking the door. |
