Hunter watched at Star and Dove returned from their bonding time, or so Jonah put it, but when they both returned at the same time, he was satisfied that Star obeyed the rules and didn't wander off on her own like before.

Mikael sighed in relief as they returned from their venture together, with Star being in a considerably good mood in quite some time. "I assume everything went well on your venture together my daughters?" He asked them, nuzzling both of them as they returned. "You look like you're in a good mood Star." As Mikael talked to his daughters, Jonah couldn't help but look at Dove and his tail began to wag, so he had to pin it to the ground with one of his hind legs as he sat so it wouldn't be as obvious. She cares so much about her sister... she really does have a heart of gold. A small smile crept on his face as he waited for Dove to finish talking to her family, figuring that they needed this family time to smooth out some issues.

The snow melted away and the grass finally sprouted from the ground, revealing its green and the wilderness came back to life as Spring began in earnest, and the temperature began to rise away from the bitter cold to a more enjoyable warmth. And everyone in the pack was happy with the changing season, as it gave them new opportunities for them to continue to let the pack grow and continue building momentum.

Hunter and Daria were inside the Alpha's den, peacefully sleeping with their sons Sonoma and Caden. Sonoma turned out to be a strong pup, and it eased worries from Daria that he wouldn't make it in the end, but so far Sonoma didn't fall ill to any disease or ailment of any variety. Caden, on the other hand, was a healthy pup to begin with, but as he grew, it was clear that he would make it if nothing serious happened.

Mikael slept with the entire family, curled around Em and Shade specifically, enjoying the warmth that radiated from their bodies. Nothing catastrophic had happened in a while, and even though Star may have had lingering feelings for the Lightbrigner Moon, she was still obeying the rules and Hunter's ultimatum. And on top of that, Dove and Jonah's relationship was going along steadily, with Jonah's feelings for Dove budding as the days passed by. Now all that's left is for Star to find someone and everything would be right within the pack.

Mikael nodded at Em and said she should take Shade to have him be checked out by Clay. He turned to Star, who was clearly depressed by seeing Dove and Jonah hit it off so well. "I know Star. But, Jonah has said that he knows of a few lone males outside of the pack during his time as a loner, but unfortunately he hasn't been able to find any as of yet. I'm sure you'll find someone Star, you just have to wait." He nuzzled her to try to comfort her, but until she found someone, she would remain miserable.

Jonah smiled when Dove brought back the stag. "Well done Dove, you've become quite a great hunter." He nuzzled her for a bit until he looked inside Mikael and Em's den, and thinking about what he said to Dove before Spring had arrived. "I'll be going out on another patrol today, and if I find any of my friends, I'll make sure that I bring them back here for Star... unless she finds some first." He playfully licked before before taking off on his patrol, his heart still with Dove and he went on his route.
