Dove kept glaring at Jonah every time she mentioned him in the conversation. Blushes as she slowly turned away I know I have a crush on him, but I cant tell him just yet. I have to wait when we are alone again. she thought.

" Oh come on, Dove... cant you just... share?" Star asked but she knew the answer was gonna be no.

" I know you want him to, Star... but im the one who ventured out and found him... not you" she chuckled " You can be friends with him, but dont yyou dare try anything funny or ill really attach you"

Dove then just walked off digging her nails into the ground. walking to the tree and wrapping herself around, her head on her paws.

Star looked from her sister to Jonah then looked at her paws She's hiding something She though as she herself slowly walked off.

Jonah watched Dove walk away from her sister Star and wrap herself around a tree, clearly miffed about something. Frowning, Jonah walked over to Dove and sat beside her. "What's wrong Dove? I saw you walk away from your sister after talking to her, and by the looks of things, the conversation didn't end well." He said, looking down at his paws, hoping to not set her off by encroaching onto something that may be rather touchy for her.

" No its ok, jonah. Ill be fine. Star just wanted to share you too...but Im not letting that happen. Im only letting her be friends with you and thats it. Im the one who found you. So i get first dibs" She knew she was right. Since she did have a crush on him. She looked away for a minute before saying, " Jonah... I need to confess something. I know I should have said something a while back... but I was just afraid to say anything..." she looked at him and sighed " I have a huge crush on you. And my parents think the same thing. " she walked up to him and nuzzled him. " I know I have a crush on you because every time I see you, my heart jumps"

As Dove nuzzled him, Jonah was shocked still. She... she really does have a crush on me? Jonah looked at Dove before nuzzling her back. "Well, that's an interesting development. But, it's definitely a most welcome one. I'm curious: how long have you had this crush on me? Was it some time after I joined the pack or was it love at first sight? I'm not trying to tease you or anything, but now that you've releaved your feelings towards me I have to know." Jonah leaned against Dove, patiently awaiting an answer.

Dove chuckled " When I saw you by that river that first day I.. just... my heart just stopped for a minute. Ive been around other males, but something about you was different than them. I learned, just by you being in this pack, is that you are a very caring, loving, sweet, adventurous male, Jonah. Just the kind im after." she paused for a second to nuzzle him " if this is love, then I want to be with you for life, Jonah. Of course it has to be cleared with both my parents and Hunter."

Dove then began to walk off " Jonah...come on.." she chuckled nipping at him before racing off arounf the terriory like a puppy.

Em chuckled as she nursed her pup " take it easy, Dove, I know you have a crush on that boy, but it has to be cleared with Hunter first. its ok with me at least. "

Dove skidded to a halt " I thought dad was ok with it.. isnt he?"

Star was watching them from hwere she layed. " if he wasnt, Dove, he would have said something already"

Mikael looked at Dove, seeing that she was in fact, madly in love with Jonah. With a sigh, he got up and walked over to Jonah, who had joined back up with Dove. "So, it seems that Dove has fallen in love with you Jonah, and perhaps the feeling is mutual..." Jonah looked down for a moment, slightly intimidated. "As long as you treat her well, I don't see a problem with it." Jonah looked back up at him with surprise. "I promise I won't disappoint you Mikael." Jonah said, before walking over to Dove and nuzzling her some more, before stopping to notice Star. It slightly killed the moment for him, but he was still happy to be with her.

Star now wanted to argue, but held her tongue I though I was gonn abe first to find a mate...but I guess not

Dove swatted at his face before laying down, her head on her paws. Thinking now of a new future with Jonah. When she awakw an hour later, her stomach grumbled as she sat up, eyes immediately on Jonah " can you get me something to eat, please Jonah? "

When food was being spoken about, Star looked up whining " me too, please?? I havent eaten for hours..."

" Em sighed " you will eat when Hunter tells you. "

Dove sighed " I'll give her a bit of mine, mother. Im sure Hunter wouldnt mind a tiny bit."

Jonah agreed to getting Dove some food, so he went off into the woods to find something for Dove to eat. I would like if I could find a rabbit... but maybe a squirrel could suffice if I can't find anything. He sniffed the air and looked around, diligently searching for any small prey that he could catch himself. Minutes later he found his prey: a rabbit was casually sitting still, scratching its ear, not very worried about anything. Jonah crouched and approached the rabbit, remaining downwind of the rabbit until he was in striking distance. He leaped onto the rabbit and dug his teeth into its neck, killing it almost immediately. Grabbing the rabbit so it held firmly in his mouth, Jonah began walking back towards the pack, proud of his catch. He walked back to Dove and placed it down next to her. "I hope you like it." He said to her before lying down next to her
