Mayhem nodded. "That's not how you should learn out alone. One wrong move and you're dead, or stuck, like I was. Here, make all the mistakes you want. It's how you earn it."

Aster nodded before standing up. The males didnt he same and looked at the clouds coming in " uh.. Alpha.. storms coming in.. doesnt you think we should uh.... run for it?" Ash asked. " You know how I am with rain..."

Aster chuckled ' you'll be fine, Ash. COme on... lets get dack to the den."

River rolled his eyes. " I think we should be fine. But yes, the storms are coming. we should eat in the den for now till it passes."

Mayhem stood, she was about to start walking when she heard the sound that was oh so familiar. A gun. She froze, but she stayed calm and urged for the wolves to run and not bother them.

River heard it too " Come on.. get to the den. Now!" he grolwed as he ran off back to the den,c where it was safe.

Once everyone got in he stayed beside Mayhem. " Was that what I think it was, Mayhem? Or was I imagining it?"

The two males had urried in and huddled together like scaredy cats.

River didnt pay them any attention. His eyes on the cave enterance. He would fight the intruder if he had to.

Mayhem wasnt afraid. They never bothered you if you didnt provoke them, so she trotted along like it was nothing. She nodded. "Just dont bother them. You'll be just fine."

River whined as they waited out the harm in their way before walking to the enterance and looked out " I think its clear" he said looking back at Mayhem. "its your call, babe."

"They're gone, scaredy cat!" Mayhem laughed cheekily. "The hunters move around a lot."

River glared at Mayhem " dont call me that. Im not scared of them. I prolly could kill em in one fight." he said sitting down and looked out.

"Oh, I highly doubt that." Mayhem stood up and laid down in the corner. "I've seen it firsthand." She was having mood swings, and didnt know what was right then.

River growled, but stayed silent shes really moody today. he thought I wonder when our pups are due. Cant be long, right?
