Sky shook his head slighty at Rome's words, not bearing to look at him. "I know okay and I'm sorry." Sky said quickly, trying to keep his composure. "Like you said we don't know each other that well, that's part of the reason why I didn't want to say anything last night." Sky then said as he stood up, now facing Rome. His tone was still calm, but this time there was slight anger. Sky watched as Rome hid his face in his hands, he wanted to comfort him but knew right at that moment he couldn't. He stared at him, clenching his jaw. |

Rome paused, and shuddered " Then I guess we don't know each other, Skylar. ". He shook his head slowly dragging one hand down his face wiping his tears. " What the **FUCK** is it going to take then, huh? To open up, to understand. It's all pointless. We want these things. Tuh, well excuse me *I* want those things with you, but it doesn't seem like it's gonna work. *You* came around and fucked shit up, y-you. YOU did this. YOU'RE at fault. I don't even know who I am, what I am, and *YOU* are the reason." Rome paused for a minute to inhale sharply. "It's always me reaching out to you. Where is you reaching out to me? I really want to be there for you. For us? Even? And it's truly fucking difficult " Rome continued soon breaking out into Spanish. |

Sky flinched at his words as tears formed in his eyes. He blinked to push them out before responding. "It takes time Rome and Who the fuck are you to tell me to open up. My dad died not even a year ago and you think I want to fucking talk about it. Like what the fuck man. AND YEAH, this is totally all my fault. ITS NOT MY FUCKING FAULT YOU LIKE ME. It's not my fault either if YOU don't like that or can't accept it, it's yours and only yours." Sky paused as he breathed shakily. "But you need to fucking understand, that if I'm not ready to open up to you then I'm not ready. You can't fucking control that and don't try to push it on me. I barely talk about his death with my mom, it just hurts so fucking much and you expect me to talk to you about it." His voice sounded clearly hurt, slightly breaking. More tears began to fall down his face as he looked away. My fault? Is it, my fault... |

" Oy vey.. Okay. " Rome said with a sigh getting up slowly. Rome bit his lip in regret. He shouldn't have said it was *all* of Sky's fault. Sky was only a teen just as him. Rome knew he was in the wrong here but the way Sky dismissed him didn't sit right in his heart. Rome opened and closed his mouth before speaking, " Skylar " he began rolling 'R' n his name. " I don't wish to control you. Nor is half of this your fault. I just would like to know you for you, and to help you and comfort you. But you gave me your ass to kiss last night and I don't like that. Mi vida, growing up I *never* had someone to talk to or love like how I do to you. So i'm trying to give you the chance and oppurtunity to do so. My traumas and pains and wrong choices are mistakes and things i'm growing from. I don't know what kind of relationship you had with your father, but mine with my own *is not so great*. I just want something good, and happy, and beautiful in my life before it's all gone agan. " his hands gestured around as he spoke. Rome took a step back so he didn't tower over Sky and seem like he was trying to intimidate him. ' So excuse me for 'pushing' my concern and 'worry' for you. I just wanted to say sorry for your loss and i'm here for you. You didn't have to open up right then and there even thouh I would have loved it. But the way you flipped out and then *kicked* me out was crrrrazy " Rome finished, wiping his own tears away with one hand. " And you're right it's not my fault I like you. I should've known better from the start that this wasn't a good idea. And now, i'm seeing that " |

(oh my sorry its so short) Sky winced at his words. "I know. I know I should talk to you or at least not flip out, I promise I'm trying to work on it. But it's just so hard for me to talk to people, I- I just can't because of past relationships. I'm sorry." He said as he calmed down a bit. His voice was filled with sadness. He didn't want to ruin this. "I want to make this work Rome." Sky then said as he looked up with glossy eyes, making contact for a split second before looking down again. He then moved around Rome to sit on his bed. |

( No sweat haha, I don't care ) " Don't apologize Skylar, i'm sorry that you've gone through so much shit that it kinda fucks up what uh..." Rome paused. "What we'd like to happen. I know you're like really really out of your comfort zone, and I hate to put you there ". Rome uncrossed his arms when he made brief eye contact with Sky. He couldn't look away, despite their situation. Rome thought for a minute before responding to Sky " I do too, Mi vido, I want this to work just as much as you do maybe even a little more. But tiny things or big things like this shouldn't set us back ". Rome reached out his arms inviting Sky in for a hug. " Let's just do better moving forward, yeah? We're total opposites but I think we definately attract. Let's try to keep it that way ?" |

Sky looked up at Rome with his whole face looking sad. He saw his arms open and hesitantly stood up. He then gave him a hug, not knowing if he even wanted to. He could have shook his head but maybe they needed this hug. He held onto him tightly for a quick second before letting go slowly. He then back up onto his bed. Now what? Sky asked himself. He looked down then back up at Rome, trying to give a small smile but couldn't. He then wiped the remaining tears that were left on his cheeks. He then held his arms out, grabbing Rome's shirt and pulling him closer. He pulled him so that he stood in between his legs that were hanging off his bed. |

Rome embraced the hug for as long as he could. What would this conversation bring to them now? What now? Rome didn't think about it for too long. He felt Sky pull him in by his shir between his legs. Rome sighed, not of irritation but of relief. The teen reached to move Skys hair out of the way, looking down at him. Rome didn't want to tower over Sky in any way. He wanted to be vulnerable with Sky, and just comfort one another. Maybe they didn't need words, just compassion. Rome slowly dropped to his knees with a groan, still suffering from sores. He then wrapped his arms around Skys lower body leaning head first into him. Romes face was burried into the fronts of Skys legs as his arms and hands clutched him gingerly. |

(Woah bro getting down on his knees) Sky watched as Rome got down on his knees, he smirked a little. He then put his arms on Rome's back before starting to play with his hair a bit. "I'm sorry for flipping out yesterday, I shouldn't off" Sky said to break the silence, he hated it. But only sometimes. He continued to play with Rome's hair before tracing random things on his back and arms. He liked this view of Rome, in ways he couldn't explain. |

The teen sighed again once he felt the warm return of Sky in his hair and along his back. " Mmmh, don't worry about it vido. Things happen, we've both been through worse. " he moaned. " Besides, we kinda worked it out " he added, unsure of what to call it. Since Rome was so close to Sky he got to inhale his scent. It was pleasant to meet his nose, it kind of relaxed him. " And look at you.. wearing red. You usually dress so dark and gloomy " he smiled again, chuckling softly. |
