Star played with the pups for as long as her mother, sister and Mikael were gone for. " ok guys.. no need to figh each other. I dont want to call Mikayla over to break the party up." it seemed as if the argument with her mother faded to the back of her mind.

" Come on momma.... faster" Dove said running fast them, before tripping on a root.

" Oh dove.. darling.. watch where you are going..." she said rushing up to her and licking her " you ok? Nothing broken or bruised?"

" No.. I dont think so. " DOve said getting up again, but this time, jumped onto Mikaels back and hung on. " come on.." she said and Em chuckled as they reached the West border where she trained Mikael " finally here. " she said taking Dove off of Mikaels back and onto grassy ground ' DOnt go too far now, Dove.. make sure one of us can see you"

She then smirked at Mikael before lunging at him playfully and nipped his ear.

"Hey." Mikael jokingly said after Dove nipped his ear. He play bowed to Dove and she did the same, giving way to a wrestling match where Mikael would let Dove climb all over him, while Mikael would loosely try to keep her contained. Dove is really enjoying this. After climbing on him one particular time, Mikael feigned a fall and Dove placed both paws on him, declaring herself victorious. "Looks like you pinned me, but don't think you'll be so lucky next time Dove. I'll be ready for you." He playfully said before licking her ear. "It's a shame that Star isn't her with us. I figure that she would love something like this..." Mikael looked out at the sky, before sighing and turning back to Dove, who was staring at him with her tail wagging. "What?" "Can we go again?" "Alright, but one more time." Mikael quickly tried to pounce on her but she moved out of the way and another session of Dove climbing on MIkael to try to 'pin' him ensued.

Dove laughed as she pinned jim time and time again " Im doing it just like momma" her eyes looked at his before stepping off and rolling in the grass.

" Alright you two... come on... theres got to be some fun thing we can see or do aorund here." she said looking around.

Star was exhaused by the time she was finished playing with the pups. " im suprosed mom and the others are back yet... isnt it meal time?" she asked Hunter. Still away from him, but at least having a conversation.

"Fine, fine." Mikael acquiesced and got up after shaking off Dove. "Take the lead Em, you're the one who figured we should do a trip, so... what now?" Meanwhile Star was back at home, tired from playing with Makayla's pups. "I'm surprised mom and the others aren't back yet... isn't it meal time?" Star asked Hunter. Hunter looked at her, before looking up at the sky. "I'm not sure. Maybe they're going to hunt something while they are out. Maybe you should have gone with them..." Star scoffed a the idea and raised her nose. "Fine... but I feel like you're missing out on something..." He said, but Star still wasn't buying it.

Em, Dove and Mikael did in fact had some time to go hunt something for the pack. " Hey come on.. help me being it back to camp" Em said brabbing what she could

Dove did the same, but in smaller pieces

Star sighed " I just.. shouldnt have talked to my mother like that.. I have a lot of learning to do...." she layed down and out her head on her paws.

"Sure thing." Mikael grabbed a piece for himself and the three began walking back together. He looked at Em, then looked at Dove before looking forward. Would you look at that; our first moment as a family together. That's progress. Mikael smiled as he walked back with them, feeling happy that he was making progress as a dad. Back at home, Star had her head on her paws, feeling slightly bad for how she talked to Em. "Well, you know you made a mistake, so that's a good start Star." Hunter said. "Maybe you should apologize when Em comes back." Star had a look of deliberation on her face, but it quickly turned to scorn as she saw Mikael return first, closely followed by Em and Dove, with each one carrying a piece of meat back.

Star growled "About time your back" she said trying to not be mean but she couldnt help it.

" Honey... we just had some time together and got food. Now snap your attitude out of your system" Em said putting it down in the center.

Hunter shook his head and Mikael frowned, seeing that Star was still in a sour mood. He put down his piece as well and watched Star eat, stopping once to stare at Mikael so he wouldn't watch her. Sighing, Mikael walked over to Em and nuzzled her as Star continued to eat. "What are we going to do with her? She seems dead set on me not being her father, or me trying to take care of you." He said softly, truly confused to Star's complete rejection of him.
