"I'm gonna go for a walk to see if I can find a new territory away from here. Stay here please. I want you to heal." Kelly said as she nuzzles him. She walked off. She had to walk past a group of male lions. She was trying not to notice them. She was hoping none of the males start following as she is the only lioness for miles.

Sky stayed awake instead of sleeping, he was worried about Kelly. He knew she could defend herself, but there had already been one male trespassing on their territory. Who's to say there aren't others.

The group of males started to follow Kelly once they had noticed her.

Kelly stopped and turned to face the group. "Please get out of my territory." She said nicely but if they push her nerves then she will start to get madder and meaner if needed.

One of the males took a step forward "You seem so lonely here, why not let one of us protect this territory for you"

"Are you trying to be my mate? If yes, why?" Kelly asked. Sky walked backwards a little. She kept her eye on the male that was closer to her. If she needed she'd roar.

"I am because your a pretty Lioness and I like your spirit" The male said, taking a step closer. "Why not get to know me or one of my friends here? I'll. Make. It worth your time"

"Let's do a roaring contest then.." Kelly was planning on the contest so she could get Sky's attention. She didn't want him getting hurt again but she was getting uncomfortable but didn't show it.

"Alright then, what are the terms of the contest?" The male asked

"All we have to do is roar. Loudest roar wins. I'll start." Kelly backed up a bit and roared. She was hoping her mate could hear her roar and possibly the other males.

Sky's ears perked up when he heard Kelly's rose. He quickly sat up, was everything ok?

The male nodded and roared as well, it was just as loud as Kelly's. "Loud enough for you?" He asked

Sky stood up quickly when he a male roar. "No.. Kelly's in trouble" He stood and made his way to where he heard the roar as quickly as he could. If this was going to be another fight, he couldn't show that he was weak.
