Jax gave Noah a slightly unsure look but nodded quickly seeing Damien was observing. He wanted to ask what he was thinking of but didn't, mostly because he thought it would be rude. Damien was of course watching as Noah got up and furrowed his brow before looking back at Jax who was also seeming to be abit odd "Everything alright between you two?" He mouthed at Jax not wanting to ask out loud. Jax just nodded and smiled quickly "Yeah, everything's fine" he spoke quietly seeing Noah was back and turned his attention to him. Damien could tell something was up but brushed it off.

Jax looked as Noah sat next to him and rested his head on his shoulder, he smiled slightly and started up a conversation with Damien, wanting to avoid him asking about the situation. They both looked over as Noah's phone started ringing and Jax realised Noah was asleep and wasn't going to answer it so just carried on talking with Damien.

Noah was in a deep slumber and finally woke up. He groaned as he wiped away his tears from his nightmare he had. He rolled over and gave Jax a kiss, ignoring Damien. He pulled back and smiled at him, he grabbed his phone from off the table and checked to see all the notifications he had. He was slightly annoyed that Jax didn't wake him up when Ryan called but he wasn't going to make a big deal about it. He called Ryan back again and smiled when the guy answered. "Hey Ryan." Noah sat up and laid next to Jax. 'Oh hey beautiful, what's up?' Noah blushed at what Ryan said to him, he shook off the thought and just smiled. "Oh yeah, I was just returning your call. You need something?" 'Yeah, my flight is actually here. I've been waiting for you to pick me up…' Noah jumped up and grabbed his car keys, "Oh shit Ryan, I'm so sorry." He gave Jax a tense glare before mouthing to him, "I'm picking up Ryan from the airport". He opened the door and went down to the parking garage and starting up his car, "I'll be there in like thirty minutes, depending on the traffic but it's early enough where we won't hit the afternoon traffic." He started driving to the airport. Taking about double the amount of time Noah had originally said. Once he was at the airport, he picked up Ryan and drove him back to Noah's apartment to drop off his luggage. It was a quick drive over to the apartment, Ryan had already seen his new apartment and was thrilled to be spending the week there. "Wow buddy, you have been living your life. Am I right?" Noah chuckled as he nodded and brought the last of the luggage in his bedroom. Luckily Noah lived on the second floor so it was no big deal. Once he was settled in Noah's apartment they decided to go back to Jax's apartment. Expect Noah forgot to tell Ryan he had a boyfriend. The entire way to Jax's apartment, they were talking and catching up on family business and talking about their families. After a good 45 minutes stuck in traffic, they finally reached Jax's apartment. The two both got out and went up the stairs, Noah was the first to open the apartment door. He smiled when he saw Jax and Damien still where they were when he left. "Hey." Noah then turned around and introduced Ryan to the other guys, "This Jax by bae and that's Damien, Jason's new boyfriend." Ryan nodded while smiling then looked around the apartment, he knew instantly that Jax didn't make a lot of money and was about to say something but Noah knew what he was thinking of and wanted to say something about it. "Jax doesn't have a job so he doesn't have a fancy apartment like you and I." Ryan nodded slowly, "Yeah I can see that." He looked down and muttered, "He obviously doesn't get paid six figures a year." Noah heard what Ryan said and looked at Jax, he really didn't want Jax to think that Ryan was a bad person. Noah sighed at the thought as he went around the couch and sat next to Jax, leaving a bit of space between them but closer to where anyone who looks at them would automatically know they were together. Ryan closed the door behind him and went over to the couch, almost practically sitting on top of Noah. He felt slightly uncomfortable but didn't say anything to Ryan. Noah looked over at Jax, scared of what he might think of this whole "Ryan sitting on top of Noah" type thing. Because obviously Ryan didn't get the message that Noah was taken. Ryan then made an unexpected move and started kissing Noah's neck. Noah didn't mind if it was Jax or Anna kissing his neck but Ryan? They were just best buds, Noah didn't give Ryan the approval of kissing his neck. "Um, Ryan. When I said I had a bae, it means I have a boyfriend. Jax." Ryan instantly stopped kissing Noah on the neck, "What? I thought you were just joking around. God, I'm so sorry." He laughed as he got off of Noah. "I have never seen you so serious in a relationship, wow Noah. God, I didn't know what I was thinking." Noah smiled as he made his way closer to Jax, "Yep, I'm happy with Jax. I'm very much happily taken." He gave Ryan an approval smile. Ryan then apologized to Jax for kissing his boyfriend's neck, "Uh Jax was it? I am so sorry for kissing Noah, I absolutely did not know he was actually serious about what he said. We used to kiss randomly in high school, we were some bad boys in high school. Always searching for women to fuck up. But hey, I'm happy for you Jax and Noah." Ryan smiled, crossing his fingers that Jax wouldn't kill him. Noah chuckled at what Ryan was thinking, he just knew Ryan was scared of what Jax might say or do. Noah looked up at Jax and gave him a kiss on the lips, slowly and made sure Ryan saw them kissing. He rolled his eyes once he knew what Noah was trying to do, "Yeah I know Noah, your taken by Jax."

Jax looked at Noah as he woke up and smiled at him quickly. He nodded at what Damien was saying but glanced at Noah, watching as he picked his phone up and called back whoever had rang. They both stopped talking as Noah answered, Jax did it out of politeness whereas Damien because he was curious and had to know. Neither stared but it was clear that Damien was listening and Jax only listened to a few words. He did raise an eyebrow as Noah got up and glared at him, but nodded at what he mouthed and left. As soon as he was gone, Damien turned to Jax "Who's Ryan?" He asked "Just his best friend, he's coming over to stay with Noah" Damien nodded befoe thinking something over "Anyway, what happened between you two?" Jax sighed quietly, there wasn't any point hiding anything from him and he pretty much told him everything that happened. Damien nodded slowly "Oh, well, I'm sure Noah will be alright soon" he shrugged. Damien changed the topics and they just talked until they heard the door open. Jax smiled over at Noah before looking over at Ryan with another small smile and a nod when Noah introduced him. He noticed Damien just studying him. Jax slightly shifted as Noah mentioned about him not having a job and Ryan's reply, normally he would say something but didn't want to say anything wrong to Noah's friend. He just watched as they both sat down and slightly furrowed his brow at Ryan pretty much sitting on Noah but just guessed it was the same sort of thing they did like with Anna. Although Jax did furrow his brow as he saw Ryan start kissing Noah's neck, he looked between them and glanced at Damien who was looking at Jax as if he was crazy. Jax just gave him a look to say 'Don't say anything' he knew Damien probably wouldn't but just needed to make sure. He was just relieved when Noah stopped Ryan and kinda just listened to what they were saying and just smiled, albeit slightly awkward. "It's okay" Jax said with a small chuckle at what Ryan said to him, he really didn't want to make a big deal out of it. Jax just glanced back at Damien before Noah kissed him and couldn't help but smile. After he kissed him, Jax sat back and glanced at Ryan, he wasn't entirely sure about him but would try to get along with him.

Noah cuddled up with Jax, not wanting him to feel like Ryan was a bad guy. He did want to know though, what Jax and Damien discussed while he was gone. Noah shook it off as he looked over at Ryan and felt bad that he was sitting on the other end of the couch with no one there with him. He chuckled at the thought as he patted his legs, "Come on Ryan, you look pitiful over there all by yourself." Noah tried hard not to laugh or show any signs that he was taking this as a joke. Ryan rolled his eyes as he crawled up in Noah's lap, with his head on Noah's chest and his legs between Noah's. Luckily both of the guys were wearing full on clothing so no skin was touching neither one of them. Ryan cuddled up with Noah but just had to look up at Jax and get permission, "Can I cuddle with Noah?" Ryan tried not to make it awkward, Noah started to play with his hair. After a few minutes, Noah finally decided to wrap his arms around Ryan's chest and waist. He didn't think much of it since he does it with Anna and Keni.

Jax smiled as Noah cuddled with him and almost forgot Damien and Ryan were there but shook it off as he glanced at them both. Damien was just watching Ryan, because of course he was, he wasn't sure what to think of him yet but it wasn't like he needed to get along with him.

Jax watched as Noah spoke to Ryan and watched as he sat in Noah's lap. He didn't care too much, mostly because Noah had said Ryan was his best friend and he knew they all cuddled alot. Jax listened to what Ryan asked and nodded "Yeah,it's fine" he said with a small shrug. He bit his lip trying not to chuckle as he looked at Damien who seemed completely shocked, which he was. Damien looked at Jax with raised eyes, he disliked when Jason did anything like that with anyone and was surprised that Jax willingly let them. He shook his head, he did know he got seriously jealous.

Noah smiled and kissed Jax again, not wanting to let go. "Hey dickhead, is your lips always on Jax's?" Noah bursted out laughing as he pulled back, he admired Jax's eyes and face before looking down at Ryan. "My hands are always on him, and yes so are my lips." He smirked as he looked at Ryan's reaction which wasn't much. He wasn't surprised that Ryan barley had a reaction, he just rolled his eyes. He did want to get to know Jax and Damien because all he really knew was their names. Ryan thought of a few questions to ask Jax and came up with a few, "So Jax, you have a major?" Noah grinned at Jax, wondering what his response was going to be. But Noah just had to say something, "Jax hasn't had a major yet." Ryan then and only then had a reaction, his jaw dropped as his eyebrows lit up. "He doesn't have a major!? Oh my god Noah, why are you with him?" Noah felt slightly uncomfortable answering the question Ryan randomly spit out. He really wanted Jax to know that Ryan was a good guy, if you meet his expectations in which Jax doesn't. Ryan stared at Jax, he wanted an answer out of him so he repeated, "Why are you with Noah if you don't have a major? Do you know how hard we have worked to get the majors we have!? I'm not letting Noah date someone who doesn't put forth the effort of even trying to go to school." Noah felt lost in those words but he knew he needed to say something before Jax does, "Ryan calm down, it's fine. I'm going to get him a major soon. I'll pay for the school, it's fine." He smiled awkwardly as he now really, really didn't want Jax to get a bad idea of Ryan.

Jax chuckled hearing what Ryan said and knew Damien was probably thinking the same thing. Although it was mostly true and he nodded at Noah's reply before kissing him again. Of course he would want his hands on him even more but that was just Jax's wishful thinking. He removed his gaze from Noah to look at Ryan hearing him ask a question. He shifted slightly hearing the question, it was something he definitely was abit uncomfortable about. Jax bit his lip anxiously and nodded at what Noah said before furrowing his brow as he heard Ryan's reaction. He knew it wasnt the best thing but didn't think it was that big a deal which Ryan was making it out to be. Damien noticed Jax was getting abit annoyed and just tried to distract him by placing a hand on his shoulder. Jax furrowed his brow even more before raising his eyes and scoffed. Who couldn't believe Ryan could say something like that to him, he had no idea about him and what his past was like. He opened his mouth to say something but stopped as Noah said something first and felt Damien's hand on his shoulder. Jax bit his lip again and took a few deep breaths.

Noah felt really bad for Jax and kissed him again, to try and make him a bit more comfortable. Ryan noticed that Jax didn't say a word and that's when he snapped, "Let's go." Ryan got up and took Noah's keys and grabbed his arm. Noah got up and stood next to Ryan in confusion. "I said let's go." Ryan grabbed Noah's hand and exited the apartment, although Noah did leave his phone on the living room table. Noah was being dragged to his car, he started it up but he just looked at Ryan. "Why did you do that? Is there something wrong with Jax that you don't like?" Ryan shook his head as he got in. Noah started driving to who knows where. "Noah, there are many problems with Jax! One, he doesn't have a major, two he has a shit ton of tattoo's which means he's probably a criminal, and three he is not financially stable. He's using you Noah, don't you get it?" Noah took a deep breath, he didn't want to say anything bad about Jax so he just said, "I don't get it Ryan, Jax is the love of my life. He's not using me for anything." His voice was calm, although he was a bit annoyed at Ryan for pulling him away from Jax. "Noah listen, you need to break up with him, before this goes any further." Noah groaned as he tried to make Ryan understand that he and Jax were serious in the relationship. "I'm not breaking up with Jax, period." He sighed as he drove back to his apartment. "Look, you can settle yourself in my apartment but until you understand that I love Jax and he loves me, you are not going anywhere near Jax. You got it?" Ryan nodded as he got out, he was clearly frustrated but Noah didn't say anything about it. Once he was in the apartment, Noah decided to head back to Jax's apartment. Once he was there, he went up and opened the door. Immediately collapsing on the couch, after about three seconds of muffled screaming he finally looked up at Jax and smiled. He went up to him and cuddled with him. "I'm so sorry for Ryan, he definitely is edgy and very short tempered. But he's a really nice guy, he's just paranoid that you don't have a major because in his mind he thinks your lazy. Which you aren't, he just doesn't know you like I do." He gave Jax a big smile before kissing him, "I love you." He rested his head on Jax's chest while thinking what Ryan had said. Of course there was no way Noah would break up with Jax… unless he cheated on him. What no way, Jax would never cheat on me. He tried to get the thought out of his mind but nothing worked.

Jax tried to shake off his annoyed feeling as Noah kissed him but it wouldn't change anything. He looked at Ryan, completely pissed off with him and wondered why Noah was friends with someone like him, it seemed to be that all he cared about was making money and he didn't think Noah was like that at all, atleast he didn't seem to care about it too much. He glared as Ryan took Noah's arm and pulled him out the apartment. There wasn't much he could do and it wasn't like he was going to cause an argument between them. As they left Jax just looked at Damien who just kinda looked on in disbelief at what just happened. "Jax, calm down, it's alright" Damien spoke knowing he was overthinking. Jax was definitely abit affected at what Ryan had said, he knew the circumstances were shit but he knew he didn't know a thing about him or his past. He just hoped Noah wasn't going to listen to Ryan. They both mostly just sat in silence until Noah came back. Jax just looked as Noah screamed into the sofa and began cuddling with him. He listened to what Noah said and just nodded although wasn't really convinced. He smiled slightly at Noah "I love you too" Jax said and just hoped Noah knew he meant it. He wrapped his arms around him and just tried to stop thinking that he wasn't enough for Noah.

Noah thought of what Ryan said even more and tried to forget it, he sighed as he let himself relax when Jax's arms were around him. He stared at Jax, slightly wondering what he was thinking and did kinda know. He wanted to say something but also didn't want to push Jax off the edge. He took a deep breath and said, "Ryan is a good guy Jax, like I said, he's short tempered and yes he is sort of all about money but still. I've been friends with the guy for a long time, I promise you, everything he says, he doesn't mean. I bet you he will come in the apartment in a few minutes and apologize for what he said." He smiled as he let his hand go on Jax's cheek, slightly rubbing it with his thumb.

Within a few minutes of cooling down, Ryan decided to walk back to Jax's apartment. He knew the way, all it took was some memory and a slight bit of guessing. But he used the buildings to indicate that he was close to Jax's apartment. Once he was in front of the apartment he took a deep breath and walked up the stairs and walked into the apartment. Noah caught sight of him and smiled, "Welcome back, you cooled down a bit?" Ryan nodded as he looked over at Jax, "I'm sorry Jax for saying that stuff to you. I'm very short tempered and I don't know what got to me, I'm sorry." Noah smiled at Jax and mouthed, "I told you."
