Anya Anya gave a soft smile before looking down at the ground, shaking her head a little, looking back up to see Frigus's gorgeous ocean eyes. She gave him a nod and a short smile, this time her cheeks were lightly pink painted. "i mean, ive got the greatest friend i could ask for. something i dont ever want to lose."At this, all Anya could do was smile. Really, she was thinking a the same thing, but she really didn't know how to say it. After years of only speaking in placement, it was like that was what she had been conditioned to do. "something far too precious to me to ever consider losing." Anya nodded, giving a brighter smile, "I'm glad you think so. I'll be sticking around a while then, I guess." She noted with a soft blush creeping onto her face. Anya watched the fire as it roared, feeling its warmth hit her cheeks. They didn't really need it, it was still daytime, but it was a comfort. of sorts. She looked around, hearing the river as it flowed softly up stream. She smiled and tarted to stand up. "We have a few hours of daytime left, right? We cant's just sit here and do nothing till dark, can we?" She asked before walking up to Frigus and taking his hands in hers to help him up. "I used to go somewhere with a friend, if I remember correctly it's not to far from here, can we go see it?" She asked with an ever so tilted head and a pleading pout. Frigus His icy gaze stayed upon her, examining her rosy cheeks and beautiful dark eyes, her sweet smile bringing a small bit of blush upon his cheeks as he grinned softly, "I'm glad you think so. I'll be sticking around a while then, I guess." His pink lips curving into a softer, fonder, yet more joyously wide smile, his cheeks brightening as he chuckled, his hand softly placed over hers as he gazed at her, eyes twinling, "id like that very much." he said before gently pulling his hand back, taking a refreshing breath as he looked up at the sky. . The flames of light danced upon the charred ground, glorious shades of red, orange, yellow, and even blue all twisting and turning, twirrling into eachother like dancing ribbons of light that brought warmth upon those who were near. but then the sound of Anyas voice brought his gaze back towards her and away from the dancing flames, to see her standing near him and looking down towards him with a smile, "We have a few hours of daytime left, right? We cant's just sit here and do nothing till dark, can we?" he chuckled and shrugged, watchinger her walk close and taking her hads as she took his while she helped him up, "I used to go somewhere with a friend, if I remember correctly it's not to far from here, can we go see it?" his gaze lightened as he stood near her and tilted his head slightly, "yeah, sure, i-id be honored!" he chuckled.

(This one is super small, I speed typed it aha xD) Anya The young lady gave a sweet chuckle when he assured her he'd like her to stay, feeling the warmth of his hand before it was taken away again. She gave an inward smile and tilted her gaze towards the river, as she was trying to remember how to her to get to her spot. She remembered the river, and splashing around in it, so it wouldn't have been all that far, and they could both just follow the river for a short while. She also remembered an actual path, marked with bushes that carried white flowers. When Frigus agreed to come with her, she felt over the moon. She never really got out very much, especially not in the woods on the boarder of the werevolves empire, so the fact she was here was more than enough for her, but the fact that she actually got to choose where she went made her happier than ever. "Yes!" She yelped like a child she walked him a few steps away from the camp before letting go of his hands. "I don't think its far from here, just up the stream." She noted as they walked up to the clear river, reflecting the colors of the sun and the sky, along with themselves. She peered across the river to see a small bush with a singular white flower on the river back, making her eyes light up. Maybe they could find the path. "Frigus, is there a way to get across the water?" She asked with a slightly tilted head, "There's an easier way there." Edited at April 14, 2022 04:19 PM by Hell Bound

Frigus (oh no your good! thats actually a pretty comfortable length) . "Yes!" hechuckled at her exclamation, a bit curious as to why she was so happy about it but nontheless, he didnt care the reasoning, her smile made his grin grow at just the sight, her little yelp of happiness making him flutter inside. as she let go of his hands he let them dangke at his sides as he smiled at her, a light look of curious confusion in his icy gaze, "I don't think its far from here, just up the stream." he nodded as he watched her excitedness and followed wherever she took him. usually if ome took him anywhere hed carry a weapon just in case but with her he felt safe, happy, and calm sometimes even, like he could completely let his guard down. . as they walked along the river his gaze watched the crystal clearness of the fresh waters glimmer in the sun as he could see minnows swimming through just over the colorful pebbles of greys, whites, browns, blacks, and tans. His gaze then flickered up, fluffy white curls glimmering in the sunlight as he listened to her words, "Frigus, is there a way to get across the water?""There's an easier way there." his gaze floated over towards the other side of the river and his gaze narrowed as he could see a white flower, one that seemed to look almost familiar, "y-yeah... theres a shallow spot just a few paces forwards thats easy to cross during low tide, high tide its a bit harder, but still safe."

Anya "y-yeah... theres a shallow spot just a few paces forwards thats easy to cross during low tide, high tide its a bit harder, but still safe." Anya gave a small nod to this, tilting her head as she looked for a bit of water that was a little bit lighter, walked a few steps towards it and dipping one foot in it. It only came up to her ankles. Yes, the water was fast but as long as they jad footing they'd be alright. "Here, isn't it?" She asked before making her way across, holding her dress up in one hand and using the other for balance.
Once they were both across the water safely, she gave him a thankful smile and started up towards the little bush with the white flowers. She smiled inwardly when she got to it, placing her hand on the top of in softly. "There should be a path marked by these though the woods- it leads to a small lake, with flowers and greenery atound it. Its surrounded by small cliffs and whatnots so no-one will see us as its pretty well hidden." She noted with a soft smile. She turned to continue into the woods, tapping each bush on the top as she passed. She only ever seemed interested in finding this place, but if you looked sround, the trees were covered in snall carvings drawn by children.

Frigus The large man watched as she searched for the shallo area he spoke of, and soon enough it was found, easily reachable, the waters clear with small colorful pebbles underneath, "Here, isn't it?" he nodded before stepping in, the waters cool and fresh, cupping his hands as he bent down and collected some water, taking a drink then washing his face off with a bit more before following, a few minnows darting between his ankles. as the two finally made it across his gaze drifted towards her, catching her smile, so sweet and gentle looking as he returned it with his own kind grin. . as they got up to the bush with the white flowers on it, his gaze trailed over it, tracing his hand over a flolwer as he felt strangely safe, yet so familiar here, like there was something special about this place. "There should be a path marked by these though the woods- it leads to a small lake, with flowers and greenery atound it. Its surrounded by small cliffs and whatnots so no-one will see us as its pretty well hidden." his gaze narrowed as he examined the flowers, her voice an echoe inn the back ground, only subconsciously gaining a few words, "i-i feel ive been here before..." his gaze trailed along the trees, seeing little markings along the trees seeming to have been carved by small children, almost catching a glimpse two kids dashing between the trees, there giggles echoing through his memory, but they were going too fast to tell who they were in the little snippet of memory he had gotten, but he blinked and turned his attention back towards her as he walked alongside her.

Anya Anya looked around the trees, smiling at the marks on the lower part of the trees, their barks cracked and scors with attempts to make more drawings. A few were higher up as well, but just a little. as she walked, she ran her hand along the little engraved paths carved in the old bark, though some of them seemednto have started to fade away. There was a slightly larger sign on one of the trees, a large square with names inside. This one, however must have been the oldest, as there eas only a few latters visible. Ana + Fius, it read, with a few small faces around it. The nostalgia started to kick in when she turned a corner to see the small lake, surrounded by over grown grass and trees with their branches hanging to the floor. She furrowed her brows slightly with a small smile. The lake was as blue as the sky, sparkling like it was adorned by joules and dimonds. The large range and purple, blue an yellow flowers that were dotted around the place just added something extra. Anyas dark eyes seemed full of memories as she looked around, as though everything she could see was replaced with pictures of the past. She took a glance up at Frigus with a smile, just seeing him staring at the picture. "It's pretty, huh?" She asked with a small chuckle, "I think this was one of the last places I saw him." She murmured, taking a few steps in the over grown grassland. There was a small area in thhe corner, hidden by vines and trees, to which Anya moved a little to show what was behind them. Lots of rocks, carved into chair like statues with a oval table in the middle, with more drawings carved into them. "Like I said, the whole place is out of the way, but clearly not enough." Anya noted with a smile.

Frigus (sorry, this ones really long xD tend to get lost writing in the memories) His bright blue eyes were wide, full of wonder, almost like a little toddler first let out into the world to explore the wonders of the forest. His gaze drifting from tree to tree, such memories flooding in his thoughts, his fingers trailing along the engravings, each one bringing a powerful sense of nostalgia as he could almost smell the fresh engravings within his memories, but as he came across the one with the missing letters that seemed to almost spell out there names, as his hand was placed over it memories hit him almost sending him back in time as he remembered carvihng them with his own hands, a deer's bone shard in his hand as he engraved the names into the tree with his small hands, an overwhelming sense of pride taking over as he glanced over once it was finished to see a little anya smiling at him in a joyous grin, her scent the same, sweet as wildflowers, fresh as spring waters, feeling himself hold the bone shard to the sky as he placed a hand on the engraving and tilted his head to the sky in a proclomation, "this land! that i have marked as our own! shall forever be mine and Anya's!" he seemed to take her hand and raise it to the sky as she seemed to giggle with joy, "and this land is our territory!" as the memory faded out frigus smiled and closed his eyes a moment before taking his hand off gently and looking back towards Anya, but his smile slightly faded. he knew she didnt think it was him. but he just knew it was her. it was undoubtable. . soon he followed her to the lake and his eyes lit up, same color as the lake as he stared in wonder,l "It's pretty, huh?" "I think this was one of the last places I saw him." "Like I said, the whole place is out of the way, but clearly not enough." his gaze scanned the area, so many memories it was as if it was all alive, his gaze flickering over to the stone chairs and table as he stepped over, his hand running over the stones and table as a memory crossed his mind as he gently sat in one of the chairs, his mind sending him back oncemore, his small self sitting in the same chair he was as he looked over, seeing little anya in the chair next to him as she pulled out two decrative ceramic tea cups, his little voice echoing in his mind as he had picked one up and examined it in wonder, "woah, wered you get this?" little anya spoke rather proud of herself, giving a small giggle as little frigus held them up to his eyes while she spoke, "theyre tea cups from the palace! i managed to get some on my way out but shhhh, theyd kill me if they knew." little grigus had set them down and fast forwarded through the memory as the had put water in them and pretended to be proper as little anya taught little frigus proper edicate, but once they were done, little anya set the two teacups under the table in a small hole in the ground and covered it with a larger stone, "well keep these here, theyll be our little tea cups now." his memories faded out and instantly frigus searched under the table, moving the twigs and leaves out of the way as his hand found a stone, pucking it up as he found two little tea cups and his gaze widened as he set them on the table, "anya..." he said in awe as he rubbed some dirt off of them with his thumb, a grin coming to his face and a small chuckle, "tea party?" (No problem, your writing is beautiful ;-; I'll keep this short otherwise I know we will get trapped with longer replies again xD) Anya Anya watched Frigus quietly, her smile staying present before she went to sit next to the lake, throwing small stones and watching as the ripples as they spread out though the clear area of water. She didn't seem to be paying much attention to anything else, but soon she heard small voices and plashing, followed by the visual memory of her as a child and another child, whose face soon became more apparent. "Frigus..." She murmured to herself, however she still didn't come out of her spell, enjoying the image of her childhood. "Frigus, that's not fair!" Chuckled the small voice of Anya, who was stood up to her elbows in water "I can't go that deep!" She huffed, crossing her arms with a jokey pout. She looked away for a moment, but when she looked back, the boy was no longer there. "Frigus?" She asked with a raised brow, when all of a sudden she was completely drenched in the crisp water. She bobbed her head up a little, only so that her eyes and nose were bobbing in the water. Little Frigus held the biggest grin, "I got'cha!" He chirped brightly, giving a laugh. Eventually, little Anya emerged from the water, with an equally as large a smile. Though hers seemed a little more sinister. While Frigus was in his fit of giggles, Anya splashed him with a huge wave of water, and so on. Soon enough, the two to them had a little water fight in the like, chuckling and chortling, and it only came to an end when small Anya heard her name being called. The two children huffed, stopping their little fight almost immediately. "Aww, no!" They complained in sink. Little Frigus asked of she would be allowed to come out the next day, of what little Anya instantly agreed to before waddling off out of their area. "anya..." Anya was pulled out of her simulation state and took a glance towards the little vine covered are before standing up and walking towards it, "Hm?" She asked just as she entered before seeing what was in his hand. She went quiet for a moment, just staring at it and leaning next to one of the trees the vines swung from. "tea party?" At this, Anya instantly started to tear up slightly but soon blinked any tears back. she didn't know if it was the joy of conformation or is it was because she hadn't done more to get to stay friends with her best friend, but she gave him a grin and a dainty laugh ever the less, trying to ignore it for a little while. She nodded and took a breath before going to sit in one of the little chairs, "My-" She paused for a moment, using the cuff of her sleeve to wipe her eyes, "M-my mother was looking for those not long ago." She noted with a wobbly chuckle before looking away slightly. Edited at July 27, 2021 05:03 PM by Hell Bound

(aww thankas! but yours is wonderful! and lol yeah xD brought us back) . Frigus . as he smiled at her warmly he chuckled a bit as he saw her tear up a bit, his own eyes glazing over in empathy and the feeling of acceptance, a feeling hed been waiting for for so long. as she sat in the chair near him he smiled softly, his heart full of joy as he chuckled, "My-" as she wiped her tears with the cuff of her sleeve he watched in a look of sympathy and at the same time just over all joyful greatfulness, placing his hand over hers, as if supporting her, "M-my mother was looking for those not long ago." . his smile curved into a grin as he chuckled and glanced back towards the cups, looking at there little intricate designes, "i bet, you did say they'd kill you if they knew." he laughed a bit and gave a gentle squeeze to her hand as he looked back over to her, "see? not so crazy now am i?" he teased with a playful tone, although his blue gaze was bright and joyful, holding a deep fondness within them.
