Rocky You tear off across the Tundra after the small Fox, Napoleon on your shoulder. She races for quite a while before she slides to a stop to look around the snow at her paws. As you stop behind her, her ears began working overtime, like a mini radar system down into the snow. She lowered her body and readied herself, before suddenly jumping up into the air and diving into the snow! She was down there for a moment, before her hind legs tensed and she pulled herself back up, yelping. It looked like instead of catching the ermine, the ermine caught her! The little white creature hung from Cleopatra's ear with savage squabbling until she rolled in the snow and ran behind you. The ermine stood in front of you now and hissed, flattening it's ears. -You May- Attack it Run! Try to net it

Rocky- canine " thanks girl, you did great finding it , I'll take it from here " he said to the fox " it's a slippery little thing so trying to net it might be better than trying to attack it " the wolf thought as he quickly grabbed a net to try netting it

Moth You decide to take the time to explore the other igloos, sniffing around the chairs of ice and the empty fire places. It seems this used to be a camp, and at some point a storm too strong came through and froze them all while their fires slept. The one you hid in seems to have been the only... unoccupied one. The frozen bodies of the party in their beds covered by their blankets as you look around. -You find the following!- "Serenity of Snow" by Panthera Whire 30 pinecones A bag of frozen meat chunks (3) A small sack of frozen fish (3) As you finish up, you dip your head in respect for the fallen before you leave, before you realize they may have had something valuable on them when they died... -You May- Stop and Read Go back to the Bodies Contine Exploring

Moth You decide to stop and read before you do anything else, heading back to the empty Igloo you sheltered in and curling up with your bearskin blanket to stay warm. "Serenity in Snow" By Panthera Whire We set off from Glowmire last night, and left the forest quickly. It was from the Lava tubes that we finally found the Tundra. We are a band of creatures built too thick for the heat of the forest. Edmond Bear, Gram Winter, Jezuli Wilds and myself have all embarked on this journey to create a second safe space within the Rotten Forest. A checkpoint for those that find themselves stuck in the snow. . You flip the pages to the next chapter. We began construction on the camp this morning, after crawling out of a snow den that we dug. The igloos are already looking great, I'm sure we'll be able to sleep in them tonight. We came in what we assume is summer here, to give ourselves as much time to set up as possible. Past the writing, are some sketches of what the camp mustve looked like at first. The 3 igloos beginning to be built and a cart of supplies in the foreground. On the next page, though you see it's dated several months later. We've been living her successfully for about 3 months now. I admit, with all the work to be done, I had forgotten I started a journal. But we've made some great progress, trading routes with some adventurers have brought us herbs and spices, and there's never a lack of meat around here if you're willing to hunt it. We're becoming a little worried about the winter, though... the temperatures just keep dropping, we thought it would bottom out when it hit -50 but we're at -74 and still going down. Hopefully whatever cold snap this us passes before there's too much trouble. We haven't had enough time to create a food stockpile yet. You flip the page with a sigh, already knowing what happened. We've run out of food... and are trapped within the t feet outside out igloos until this massive Blizzard passes. However... we've made a choice. Instead of going mad with hunger and turning on each other... we're simply going to put out our fires tonight and go to sleep. If you find this and are hoping to make a civilization out here, be warned... the last time I looked at the thermometer it seemed completely broken... And that was it... you closed the book and looked around with a sigh. They'd left the lantern as a beacon to be found and still, it had taken you 3 years to stumble upon them. Who knows what else, or who else got buried in this place. -You May- Continue Exploring Look at the Bodies
