"We... we should find the other students, somebody else has to know something that'll help," he insisted, looking out the window with some reluctance in his sapphire eyes. "Or at least one of us has to." |

I shake out my pelt and bend down to the deer to take a bite. I look up at the sky. "Its already dusk?! We didnt hunt THAT long, right?" I take another bite of the deer. I dont feel ready to go back to the school yet, and hunting with Alex was fun. |

I kinda want to spend the night out here, under the stars." I stop myself from adding, 'and with you' at the last second. I take one more bite of the deer and lay on my back, watching the stars appear. |
