Rocky You decide to follow the wind current. Happy to have found a lead so quickly. It leads you down the west path for a while, before cutting into the forest. Just about as soon as you get off the trail, you suddenly stumble through the overgrown bushes and into a hidden, old research camp! It looks like there used to be a greenhouse here along with the tents. Perhaps it was a botanist. -You May- Follow the Wind Current Investigate the Camp Return to the Path |

Evan The coati Bounds after you happily as you head down the North path. As expected. The cobblestone quickly fades into mere gametrails, and the creaking of lanterns is traded for the cracking and crumbling of rotting trees around you. Rather suddenly, a deer Bounds Past you, nearly stepping on your paw it gets so close, before spooking and bounding away from you through the forest. Suddenly, ahead of you, you hear crunching, and both of you instinctually drop into a crouch. Rounding the bend, you see two massive, monitor Lizard looking beasts. Evan You decide to follow the deer, thinking it probably knows it's way around more than you. You quickly loose the fast creature, but it leads you down a new gametrail that you happily follow. You soon come to a wall of Thorn bushes that you have to painstakingly step through in order to not be hurt. Evan had to squint before his eyes adjusted to the sudden light. If he was going to catch a Cheetah, he'd probably follow a gametrail, but... The fields looked familiar. He's seen this somewhere. He pulled out a scrap of paper. Between it and his faded memory, it looked about right. "This is it" He told the Coati, giving her another pat for good measure. He tucked the piece of paper away and headed into the mushroom field. |
