I will do it sometimes to get one wolf higher than another, rather than buying items to reduce dom. Not the most effective, but saves me a bit of mush. I'm not focused on high dom though, just pack happiness.

It can add some if you have a lot of new wolves, but take away if you already gave your wolves points. Just check your dom and check what it will be and all will be well :)

SpiritWind kept running, her paws kicking up dirt and leaves. The wind whipped at her fur and face, she could barley keep her eyes open. - I can't run from my pack. But I can run from this moment, even if its only for a few minutes.- She turned course, and headed straight for the lake. She ran straight in, and kept going until she had to start swimming. Once she started swimming, she went straight for the small little island in the middle. Once she got there, she climbed out and shook her pelt. She then dug her paws into the earth and looked to the sky.
