Amara watched as Ajihad brought in Indigo. She wanted to check on the other lioness, but couldnt risk her finding out yet. She stayed in the den and lowered her ears as she watched. *What on earth happened* she thought as her blue eyes looked at Ajihad.

Ajihad spotted Amara. He darted over to her for a quick moment, "Indigo got trampled by a stampede. Ivy is out there, so she wants me to go back out there and warn her." He didn't wait for a reply, and ran to go find Ivy. He stretched out his steps to take the largest leaps he could manage. He hoped she wasn't injured. Chaos pride might starve if he decided to leave with two lionesses, while two lionesses were injured.

Chaos

Chaos heard Ajihad come in. He went to go see what was going on. He observed Indigo was on his back. He rushed forward. "What happened?" just a few hours earlier Indigo had been fine and perfectly well. "Where is Ajihad going?" he asked. He ran to Indigo's side hoping that she was well enough to tell him.

The lioness raised her head to see the weakened Indigo and she held back a scoff. 'For all her talk she can't really be that perfect.' She thought to herself, giving a slight roll of her eyes. "Chaos, we should go check out the situation at the border. The lionesses can handle Indigo." She snarled as the name passed through her lips.

Amara looked concerned and ran after Ajihad. Running past Chaos and Indigo she didnt care if they caught her scent at this time. She followed Ajihad and leaped onto a large rock and looked around. She kept up high to keep a clear view and out of harms way. Her blue eyes looked around a she spotted the stampede. It looked like it was slowing down, but still alert and on edge.

When did Indigo say she was perfect?)

Chaos looked sternly at her, "Nagasi. Why are you being so callous? Anyway I want Indigo to answer the questions if she can before we go. If Nanook is around tell him that he will come with us." He knew that something bad would happen.

(Nagasi said that in her head)

Her head darted to the side as chaos arrived. "the nomad, the one who's scent was on the carcass, I think he may have started the stampede that knocked me over and broke my leg" she nodded towards her leg which was bloody and bruised. She was in so much pain and was struggling to keep in the cries.

Chaos asked her, "Do you know where Ajihad went?" He had seen Ajihad run off, and Amara seemed to be following him. If they were going to the same place that he was going then Nagasi would be the only one left. "Nagasi. Besides Indigo you are the only one in the den right now. I'm sorry, but you'll have to stay and watch over Indigo." He waited to hear her answer before he darted out of the den, and ran toward the place where there had been some strange prey smells.

The female snarled and opened her mouth to protest but before she could, Chaos ran out of the den. With a pitying look, Nagasi padded outside of the den, leaving Indigo alone in the dark interior. "Stuck babysitting." She mumbled, putting her head on her paws as she laid down.
