Pandora backed off of him and spat out an 'ack!' a few seconds after he had touched her nose with his. She put her paws over her nose and opened one neon green eyes. "WHY did you do that!" she hissed, though a little, tiny bit inside her, just a flare, had enjoyed the warmth of his fur pressed agenst hers, his nose touching her nose, his eyes looking into hers. She would let herself beleive she had liked it though, and neither would she let Mansa beleive that.

Realizing his actions Mansa sprung up in surprise. "I-I don't know." He stammered and grunted. "I need to go... I'll be back later." He spoke quickly and padded out of the cave.

Ivy/ Chaos Pride, lioness 1

Ivy sensed that it was still not the good time to be asking Chaos asking questions. He wanted to be Indigo without any pesky lioness nagging him.

She bowed her head.

'I have not come to argue', she comforted him, 'I just did not know the rules'.

She backed away, nodding at Chaos and giving a quick smile at Indigo, but doubts that Indigo saw her as she was looking the other way.

Ivy hurriedly trotted away from the dominant couple and curled around Nyasi.

'No worries, we will be able to eat after the leader eats', she explained to her son. Nyasi widened his eyes.

'A dominant male could actually do that??', Nyasi asked in wonder. Ivy rolled her eyes. Oh dear, he has the spirit of a dominant it seems. But then that somehow comforted her that he at least maybe will try to stand for himself in the future. Maybe he will even make his own pride... but that was too early predict.

She licked his head gently.

'Yes, a dominant makes the rule of each pride he owns', she said.

'Wow!', exclaimed Nyasi, 'I can't wait to grow up! I will get my own mane, like Chaos has, but maybe even bushier! And I shall have my own pride, eating whenever I want!'

Ivy chuckled.

'You are an ambitious cub', she laughed and snuggled into him, trying to block out her hunger out of her mind.

Pandora wrapped her tail around her feet and layed down. She didnt care that he was stammering and grunting for a few seconds, she was mad at him for doing that! Though a little flair of affectioned burned, it was concealed by an ocean of rage. Why?

Nanuk searched for Astrid, padding over to her quickly and bumping his forehead to hers softly" hello beautiful, I hope the hunt was ok for you." He said as he saw Ajihad and Amara, giving a soft goal in greeting.

Astrid smiled, "It went well. We caught two antelopes." She looked over at Chaos. "I wish he would let us eat, if he doesn't want to right now," she sighed. She watched as Ivy left the den slightly chatised. "I wonder what she said," she wondered aloud. She noticed the drama with Tara and Nagasi. She couldn't imagine having an arguement with her mother. She turned back to Nanuk, "How are you doing? What did you do while we were hunting?" she asked.

Chaos

Chaos smiled at Indigo, "Sorry. I'm not very funny." He watched as Ivy left, "Oops. I forgot that everyone is probably hungry. I guess I better get the hounds fed. I'll bring some food to you," he said. He walked out of the den, and grabbed a haunch for Indigo. He returned to the prey pile, and grabbed another haunch and returned to his den. Males were generally more dominant, but every now and then a lioness was able to make a lion back up. He watched to see what order they would eat in.

She groaned in a childish manner as her comfy cushion was stolen from her. How dare they move when she was so comfortable! She gave a kmaon of pleasure as the slab of meat was dropped in front of her. "thank you" she mumbled as she took a large bite out of the meat, bit sof the succulent food left stop of her lips. She looked towards Chaos with a grin, almost like a cub showing off.

Nyasi/ Chaos Pride, cub

Nyasi kept his eyes alert. He saw how Chaos walked over to one of the corpses and tore meat out of them. Adrenaline shot through the hungry cub.

'Mum!', he cried excitedly, 'The dominant lion has took his fill!'

Ivy's head shot up straight and looked towards Chaos.

'Well, he did!', she said.

'Then what are we waiting for?', Nyasi asked and sparng to his paws, raising the injured paw away from the ground.

'No', growled Ivy, 'You better learn to be patient. We can't risk going first. Let's watch who will take their fill'.

'Ugh', groaned Nyasi and flopped to the ground, stomach rumbling loudly.

Ajihad sauntered over to the prey pile, and began eating. If someone less dominant tried to take something he was eating from him, he would growl. If someone ate with him, he didn't mind, as long as they didn't take food from him. He took his time, and licked his lips. He didn't gorge himself, because he wanted there to be enough for everyone else. After everyone ate Chaos generally let them snack when they wanted too.

Chaos smiled in amusement, "Sorry. I didn't think about my moving would disturb you." He ate slightly apart from her, because he liked his personal space while he ate. "So..what have you done today?" he asked. "I've hunted today, and before today I can't remember the last time I've had to do that," he said.
