Furries are fans of anthropomorphic characters (animals with human traits) who create characters—"fursonas"—as a hobby. (According to what google says, yet some of the parts are kind of dicey.)

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I uploaded my first avatar and only just to be taken down? Why!? I credit the image and everything. I put it up again and again, it's down. It's frustrating me quite a bit because I don't know what I am doing wrong?

Well, all I can say is maybe try the sites I linked? As those are actual hosting sites, and might work.

I just checked the site you used, and am not familiar with that one, I just think postimage or imgbb are more trustworthy. ^^

What you have is a nonstock avatar, which is automatically rejected. Find something on Deviantart Stock and make sure the description of the picture says you can use it, like this:
