he's also super protective of me, yesterday I got off of work 2 hours after he did, and I convinced him to go to the ER since he got injured at work, and he had been released by the time i got off of work, and he and his brother-in-law came to harrass me in our job's parking lot lol though it wasnt harrassing me since they told me they were showing up, i did get 2 kisses at the end. Im glad he and his brother-in-law didnt see me nearly crash because my car stopped letting me accelorate

I can say that all of the military stuff really is useful. Though it is hard to not use military time and slang when I'm going home for visits or when I get off work.

I'm not too sure yet. If they decide to send me on a deployment next month, which puts me in Bahrain after 1 month of training with the Army to be a glorified police officer, then probably not?

Voxtexy, yeah, I'm mainly joining to gain the intangible benefits of the military - you know, self-discipline, work ethic, new experiences, how to talk to people, networking, all of that. The Marines seems pretty solid in that aspect. Need some new friends too. The Navy was second to dead last but I put you above the Air Force. xD

You don't think you'll sign another contract with the Navy?

Honestly, Marines is a pretty solid choice. Sure, I kinda enjoy my time in the Navy, but I do feel like the Marines will feel more fulfilling. Marines get to interact with Sailors pretty often too, depending on where you get stationed, so in a way they get Navy experience too lol

I do hope you enjoy your job! I know a few Navy peeps who went into crypto jobs. Cryptos are smart cookies.

Voxtexy, ye! :0 I was told I was a bit of an idiot going Marines with a 95 and to at least try the Navy or Air Force but alas, I have a stick up my ass about becoming a Marine now, lol.

I was told to look into ballistics and nuke shit with the Navy, though - I just don't think the kind of isolation and constant grind they experience would work out for me, though.

I wanted to be a Sniper in the Marines until I realized this is not COD, I can't run for longer than a block, and I am the most whiney / complainey person I think anyone in my life knows.

Signed a contract for Cyber and Crypto and rounded out with a 95 on the ASVAB, lmaooo.

thats the least of the worst part, after my new boyfriend and I started dating we have a think where if one asks a question and the other hesitates to answer, the one who asked will say "No secrets" and the other person will feel comfortable saying, so he asked me to tell him everything my ex did, and I did and it pissed my boyfriend off at my ex

A watermark is a logo, text, or pattern that is intentionally superimposed onto another image. Its purpose is to make it more difficult for the original image to be copied or used without permission.

Now that we've got that out of the way, welcome to the casual discussion about watermarks because I'm always curious about what other artists or art-buyers do.

I haven't bought much art on this site but offsite I sometimes add watermarks to my favorite works.. like Really Heavy watermarks because hey hands off my characters.

edit: ^ above. these watermarks are just "i love them sm" written in various ways LMAO

As an artist: I watermark my designs but my headshots are 100x100 pixels size I just don't sorry 😭 I just add a littol signature on the side- watermarks don't stop tracers/heavy referencers what can I do pensivecowboy

ALSO people's toyhouses add their own watermarks automatically if they want to- so mmm yeah.

Design watermarks: "marshpup" + "unsold design" instead of "not yours" because it's more clear in my opinion.

i tend not to watermark unless it's like, a ych or something.
i used to watermark all my art, but only for a little bit. was very hard to find a way to make them noticeable, but not too noticeable that it kinda "ruins" the art, y'know? just ended up giving up on them entirely.
