| Sorry for just jumping in but that doesn't really matter as they're not people who are important in your life. Whether they see you as lazy or not will not change your work experience, will not change who you are and will not change the fact that you're hard working, empathetic and trying your best. | dude my coworkers refuse to do it. We work 2-6 hours of overtime DAILY and they refuse to stand up to our bosses?? I've asked them so many times to just leave together after our 8 hours are done, or to speak to management together but they just refuse to. No clue why, I'm so annoyed And if I do it alone, as the newest hire and also the youngest person by far, I look like an idiot or a contrarian. |

| It's complicated and part of it is definitely on me for being too empathetic and caring about the well-being of my coworkers The thing is, this place is horribly understaffed, and there only keeps being more work yet less workers. Last year, in August, I let my bosses know I can't physically handle this job after I had a health emergency, they asked me to stay until they hired and trained someone new, I said okay. They did so, but the new hire was struggling because she was fucking incompetent. I got into a fight with my bosses about something unrelated, and decided to quit, effective immediately a couple days later. My boss said he won't accept my resignation, I said he can't really do that, we had a fight where I told him my grievances and he told me his, and ultimately I agreed to stay until the end of December for whatever reason So at the end of December I go up to him, he tells me he's firing the new hire because, again, she's completely incompetent and asks me if I could stay a bit until they hire someone *again* I say sure, until the end of January. Come January, he tells me he won't hire anyone lol So now me and my coworkers have been telling him to fucking hire somebody, and I haven't left as to not put an even bigger workload onto my coworkers |

| hey yall im retunring to WP and so overwhelemed by the many updates So now I got a rainy day fun and a primary mushroom hole? How do I shift the money around? I only see a way to transfer money from savigs to primary account and primary to savings Im assuming savings is code for rainy day fund? |
