Brosc would either be a) laughing maniacally while making some of the knights train with him to "build grit" or b) let them relax and play card games or whatever until Raulf gets back

Honestly- Sulien would be trying to get people to train with him in either situation. He may get into trouble but he's just as big on activity and work. He's a work and play kind of guy.
