Fun fact! Doves and pigeons are actually part of the same family, Columbidae. So if someone says they love doves but hate pigeons, they're liars. Because there is literally little to no difference between them. Literally the only difference is that doves tend to be smaller than pigeons. That's it. In fact, in most countries, dove and pigeon is used interchangeably.
