Realistically, the only way to be able to do that is when there are no mods online and even then you have to phrase it carefully.

The best thing to do, when seeing a rule break and there's no mods available is to screenshot and then send them a DM.

Do we want NPC Guards to find the humans? I think having Gwynn find Caite and then some sort of high guard npcs for Matt and Val could work. Thoughts?

I would be open to rping one of the high guards so that things are even.

I can get a post out sometime later tonight for Sabela. Unfortunately, my mother in law is visiting and spending a few days here so posts may be partially delayed. I also work on Sunday.
