Ok xD main topic is she's UGLY

Basically she is a dragon with a human head and has dragon ears and human front paws with scales on them but the front paws don't have the nail on the end, they have retractable claws.

Isa - I think I need a drawing of her to get what you were going for,- it is also difficult for me to imagine her. She seems cool though, Bones is pretty ugly/strange looking but they are both unique and interesting, which is what matters imo. I don't like the "pretty", "clean" hybrids as much, like wolves with bird wings or fox markings, just because they aren't as cool to me. Weird is good!

Lol a horse-shaped head/face with a long, freaky velociraptor mouth full of fangs is the opposite of cute. But I'm sure she appreciates the sentiment <3
