At least there's some support for it aha I worry that the human version might take away from the canine version, though :')

I'm late to the party!
Since we're talking about annoying situations in RP's, I had one once in a wolf pack RP sort of deal. This RP specifically had spots for loners, nomads, and rogues. My character happened to be a nomad and I had a real twisty backstory on why she was a nomad. The owner of the RP contacted me to set up a relationship between my character and the alpha (their character). I reluctantly said yes, just because my character specifically was just on the move and I defiantly am a fan of a slow burn romance. So, as the RP started, I had my wolf just like sleeping under a shrub or something, then woke up, realized they were near pack land and continued on their nomad journey, however, their alpha wondered off pack land, followed her, immediately wrote something along the lines of "Once he saw her, he stopped dead in his tracks at her appearance. Because of this he approached her, his posture friendly.". I was immediately sort of discouraged here due to the fact that they instantly brought the sort of love at first sight into the situation, and how unrealistic the interaction was due to an alpha wandering from pack land and not attempting to chase off or kill my character (a nomad). Of course I just responded with something like, "She was confused, but stayed to hear his words." So I wouldn't come off rude about the fact that I thought the whole interaction was unrealistic. It wraps up with the person having their character tell my character there was like more prey or something on the west side of the territory and then returning back to their pack. I had my character do as they suggested, i.e. go to the west side of the territory and just vibe there for awhile. The oddest thing happened here where that person created a bunch of new characters, more like npc's, to interact with everyone who wasn't currently interacting with anyone. One of their new NPC's basically went on a border patrol and said that they found my character on pack lands, even though my OC was obviously a few miles from any pack border. Again, I was confused and just went along with it for the sake of the RP. The person had that NPC purposely approach my character and try to touch her *clears throat* 'no no square'. By now I was certainly done with this person and had her rear up and defensively attempt to push their NPC away. The person thought this translated to 'scratching their eyes out' and had their character go blind because of the incident. That NPC returned to camp, reported to the alpha, and then it started this whole drama, in which I dropped out of the RP. This was about two years ago, when I was just getting in the groove of writing longer responses. Let's just say, one of my weirder experiences of RPing. Edited at June 24, 2020 09:13 PM by Renegades

I'm so sorry that I still haven't finished my characters by the way, I've been busy with other Roleplay stuff these past couple of day's. >_< ~Non Sequiter~ said: I'm not sure how many more need to join Shifter tribe before we can start. I feel like I may have made too many parts.

@Renegades my guy that sounds awful. I feel like they were planning on having the alpha fly in and play the white knight in that situation but your character handled it before they could so they felt the need to maKe iT dRamTiC

I found the blind part amusing, because that was so out of place considering what actually happen. Your OC just pushed them out of the way, not go full on attack mode. But I've had people try to do quick romance with my OC, and when my OC kept on refusing because "I just met you, no-", they basically asked me things like, "When is your OC going to love my OC?" which sometimes I gave in though, I was just irritated by the fact they wouldn't let up about this quick romance. It always does take away. It's a dangerous gamble. I think I may take away all those leader positions and just make it normal tribe people. Like they do those particular jobs, but they are mostly just one big group. Leader, Heir, at least lead elder, it would make sense to have at least one child. I will take whichever leader spot is left open between heir and leader.
