regardless if the site is 18+, i always prefer slow-burn. doesn't even have to be for romance, i just like more relaxed and slower-moving role-plays. but slow-burn for romance is one of those things i just prefer. unless it has something to do with the plot where characters are already together, then it doesn't bother me. it's only when the other person is like '(character name) found (other character name) really attractive and decided to ask them out' right off the bat. especially in big group role-plays, it's annoying-
I understand that. I like having a discussion thread or message string with my partners to continue building the plot outside of the roleplay. It makes it so we can keep things interesting. |

agreed! like romance plots can get quite boring, so discussing subplots to make it continue and be a bit more interesting are really worth it- |

I think I know who you're talking about. There was someone like a year and a half ago who only did animal rps and it's basically the behavior you described. . Ngl, my first rps on here were cringe as all get out. It wasn't my first time rping, but I hadn't in several years and... eesh, yeah. I've gotten better, but I still think I'm pretty bad lmao-

I like how everyone sees aliens as weird bug eyed humanoids or just humanoid in general. In truth, The aliens are more likely to be animal like, as humans are one in millions of species on earth and aliens would likely look more like single-cell organisms or insects lol. But I still don't mind humaniod aliens, just not all too likely XD |

I remember I asked someone, "hey, I have this OC who's not a human but he's humanoid. Would you like to have them in the romance plot?" and they said yes, they wouldn't mind at all and the second i showed them the OC they said they weren't interested in a romance plot anymore :') one day my ugly son will find someone who doesn't value looks- |
